Les analyses médico-légales de salives : état actuel de l'expertise vis-à-vis l'analyse des drogues Résumé Un sujet de plus en plus préoccupant est la conduite avec les capacités affaiblies par les drogues. L'urine et le sang sont les principales matrices biologiques utilisées pour le dépistage, mais le caractère intime ou invasif de leur prélèvement constitue un désavantage majeur. Aussi, depuis la dernière décennie, la salive a été largement étudiée. D'ailleurs, elle est déjà utilisée dans plusieurs pays pour le dépistage des drogues. Celles de plus grand intérêt sont les amphétamines, la 3,4-méthylènedioxy-méthamphétamine (MDMA), la cocaïne, le cannabis, les opiacés et les benzodiazépines. Les analyses préliminaires font appel à des méthodes immunoenzymatiques, alors que celles de confirmation utilisent des méthodes chromatographiques couplées à la spectrométrie de masse. Différents facteurs interviennent dans l'interprétation des résultats, entre autres au niveau de la corrélation entre les concentrations salivaires et plasmatiques. La problématique soulevée est de déterminer si la salive peut devenir une alternative aux matrices biologiques utilisées actuellement et/ou un complément aux évaluations de conduite avec les capacités affaiblies.
