National audienceCette recherche explore, de manière qualitative et comparative, après l’avoir définie, la résilience psychologique de deux adultes exposés accidentellement à un risque de mort et présentant des adaptations comportementales contrastées en suite de ce traumatisme. Les hypothèses émises, relatives à l’importance de deux variables centrales dans l’élaboration du traumatisme : la qualité de l’étayage externe et du fonctionnement mental intrapsychique, reçoivent une confirmation au vu de la méthodologie clinique et projective utilisée. Des pistes de recherche futures et des indications pour la prise en charge psychothérapique sont suggérées
