Ebben a cikkben egy automatizált rakodó (bin-picking) rendszer kialakításának, illetve tovább fejlesztésének lépéseit fogjuk bemutatni. A rendszernek a feladata, hogy a rendezetlenül szállított tengelycsonkokat egy robot rendezetten a palettára helyezze. Az automatizált rendszer két elemét fogjuk részletesen bemutatni: a robotprogramot és forgató asztal működését. Kitérünk a robotprogram fő- és alprogramjai közötti összefüggésekre és a működéshez megfelelő struktúra megvalósítására. A forgató asztal működésének fejlesztését több lépésen keresztül mutatjuk be, szisztematikus mérésekkel igazolva az eredményeket. A rendszer működőképességét azóta több ezer kipakolás is igazolja.
Egy automatizált rakodócella kivitelezése során a felmerülő problémák megoldása része a folyamatnak. Kiemelten foglalkoztunk a szkennelő állvány rezgésével, hogy a pontfelhő minősége megfelelő legyen. Végeselemes módszer segítségével sikerült az állványt megfelelő merevségűre átalakítani. A kezdeti kipakolási tesztek során a robot (KUKA KR120 R2700) többször is ütközött, ennek a hibának a kiküszöbölését szisztematikus tesztekkel igazoltuk. A rendszer optimalizálása érdekében a Wenglor MLSL 255 típusú lézerszkenner sebességét 20%-kal növeltük, ami miatt a pontfelhőben az adatpontok távolsága 2,1 mm-ről 2,4 mm-re nőtt. A rendszer használata igazolta, hogy ez a változás nem járt negatív következményekkel, vagyis a termékek detektálása továbbra is megfelelő.
