Im Zuge der Realisierung der neuen LGV‐Hochgeschwindigkeitsverbindung zwischen Paris und Barcelona wurde der Streckenabschnitt von Perpignan bis zur spanischen Grenze erstellt.Zu diesem Leistungspaket gehörte u. a. der Bau einer Festen Fahrbahn in einer der beiden eingleisigen Tunnelröhren; die Gesamtlänge des Tunnels durch die Pyrenäen, der Frankreich mit Spanien verbindet, beträgt 8.384 m. Im Tunnelbereich wurde das Gleis als Feste Fahrbahn hergestellt. Insgesamt wurden über 8.700 m ausgeführt. Hierzu waren über 6.000 m3 Konstruktionsbeton für die Tragschicht notwendig. Auf Grund der sehr problematischen Tunnelbohrarbeiten standen für die Herstellung der Festen Fahrbahn nur 60 Kalendertage zur Verfügung. Dies erforderte den Einbau in einem Non‐Stop Betrieb. Die Verzögerungen aus den Tunnelbauarbeiten hatten dazu geführt, dass die Betonarbeiten in den Monaten Juli und August auszuführen waren. Neben den terminlichen und logistischen Schwierigkeiten ergaben sich daraus auch schwierige klimatische Bedingungen, speziell für die Betonproduktion und ‐verarbeitung. Auf Grund der Ferienzeit in Frankreich sowie der Problematik des Mehrschichtbetriebes entschied man sich, den Beton mit einer eigenen Mischanlage vor Ort herzustellen.Für einen ungestörten Bauablauf wurde für den Beton der Fahrbahnplatte eine baustellenrobuste Betonzusammensetzung entwickelt, die die geforderten Frischbeton‐ und Festbetonanforderungen auch unter den zu erwartenden, stark variierenden Herstellbedingungen weitestgehend konstant einhielt. Dabei sind vor allem die Schwankungen in den Umgebungsbedingungen von etwa 20 °C–25 °C nachts und bis zu 45 °C tagsüber zu nennen, die zu einer entsprechenden Beeinflussung der Frischbetontemperaturen führten. In diesem Temperaturbereich mussten vor allem die Frischbetonkonsistenz, die Verarbeitbarkeitszeit sowie die Festigkeitsentwicklung weitestgehend konstant eingestellt werden. Darüber hinaus waren hohe Anforderungen an die Sedimentationsstabilität und geringe Blutneigung des Betons gestellt.Im vorliegenden Bericht werden zunächst die betontechnischen Anforderungen dargestellt. Anschließend werden die Vorbereitung der Betonherstellung als Baustellenbeton sowie die Entwicklung von geeigneten Betonzusammensetzungen beschrieben. Abschließend werden die Erfahrungen der Bauausführung dargestellt.
Innovation und der Mut zu technisch anspruchsvollen Erstanwendungen zahlt sich im Baustellenalltag immer häufiger aus. Technisch durchdachte Sondervorschläge mit innovativen Erstanwendungen sind dabei längst nicht mehr besonders exponierten Großprojekten vorbehalten. Vielmehr scheint sich mehr und mehr durchzusetzen, auch bei kleineren und mittleren Baumaßnahmen durch innovative Sondervorschläge technisch hochwertigere oder aber kostengünstigere Vorgehensweisen zu entwickeln und damit dem allgemeinen Preiskampf auszuweichen. Dabei liegt ein großes Potential in der Entwicklung projektspezifischer Sonderbetone, die deutlich effektivere Bauverfahren ermöglichen. Der vorliegende Bericht beschreibt den Umbau der Schleuse Rahe bei Aurich, bei der im Rahmen eines Sondervorschlages erstmals ein neuartiges Bauverfahren mit großformatigen, auf der Baustelle hergestellten Fertigteilen eingesetzt wurde. Die Fertigteile wurden im Rahmen einer Unterwasserverfüllung mit einem selbstnivellierenden und gleichzeitig erosionsstabilen Zementleim oder aber mit einem Selbstverdichtenden Unterwasserbeton vergossen.
