Neste estudo há como objetivo ladrilhar caminhos de conduta e ética para a dança-educação da escola até o ensino superior. A tese parte de uma pergunta geradora: se a dança-educação está presente nas escolas e na formação docente e como a mesma atua nesses ambientes? Defendemos que a dança-educação é uma linguagem a ser sentida explorando os conhecimentos de todos (as) os (as) envolvidos (as) na atividade solicitada pelo (a) educador (a). Presumindo conseqüentemente, na contra mão das coreografias prontas e imagens de corpo idealizadas pelos meios de comunicação atual. A revisão de literatura foi baseada em: Gariba, Nóbrega, Gonçalves, Todaro, Arroyo, Paviani, Franzoni, Albano e Ostetto, entre outros (as). Além da busca nos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN’s) citado no texto como Brasil o qual defende a dança como um conteúdo obrigatório nas escolas desde 1997 seja por meio das Artes, da Dança, do Teatro ou da Educação Física. Na investigação de conteúdos predispostos para Dança é observado em Marques (2012): o aprendizado do movimento (aspectos de Coreologia e Educação Somática); áreas da Dança (História, Estética, Apreciação e Crítica, Sociologia, Antropologia, Música); saberes de anatomia, fisiologia e cinesiologia; e vivências da Dança em si (repertórios, improvisação e composição coreográfica). Nesse levantamento crê na presença da dança-educação nos planejamentos curriculares das instituições de ensino além da sua transposição em atividades vividas no corpo da comunidade escolar.
