Objetivo: Identificar os fatores relacionados à Síndrome de Burnout em profissionais da saúde. Métodos: Pesquisa descritiva realizada através de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, com a coleta de dados realizada na biblioteca virtual BIREME. Resultados: Dos 410 artigos selecionados, apenas oito satisfaziam os critérios de inclusão. Estes referiam à Síndrome de Burnout em Agentes Comunitários de Saúde, em médicos da Estratégia Saúde da Família, profissionais de saúde mental, enfermeiros da Unidade de Tratamento Intensivo, trabalhadores de um hospital de média complexidade e em professores de Educação Física. A Síndrome referida aparece como consequência de um conjunto de fatores. Ela é vivenciada por trabalhadores que lidam diretamente com pessoas, sendo resultante do estresse crônico. Conclusão: A melhoria das condições de trabalho dos profissionais contribui para fornecer uma assistência de saúde mais apropriada aos profissionais com sinais da Síndrome de Burnout. A PESQUISA QUALITATIVA TEVE SEUS DADOS COLETADOS POR MEIO DE ENTREVISTAS. OS SUJEITOS PARTICIPANTES DESSA PESQUISA FORAM CRIANÇAS, DE UMA ESCOLA PÚBLICA, DA PERIFERIA, DE FORTALEZA, MATRICULADAS NO SEGUNDO ANO DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL. A PESQUISA FOI FUNDAMENTADA TEORICAMENTE NOS ESTUDOS SOBRE ALFABETIZAÇÃO E LETRAMENTO, SOARES (1998, 2011, 2021), SOARES E BATISTA (2005), KLEIMAN (2009) ETC. DOS RESULTADOS OBTIDOS, PODE-SE DESTACAR QUE OS ALUNOS “ATRIBUEM” CARACTERÍSTICAS TRADICIONAIS À PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA DE SUA PROFESSORA, COMO POR EXEMPLO, ENSINO LIVRESCO, A AUSÊNCIA DE METODOLOGIAS VARIADAS, A FALTA DE UMA MAIOR ORGANICIDADE DA PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA, A DESVALORIZAÇÃO DE QUALQUER POSICIONAMENTO DOS EDUCANDOS SOBRE OS CONTEÚDOS, A AUSÊNCIA DE UM ENSINO SISTEMÁTICO QUE PRIVILEGIE AS ESPECIFICIDADES DO SISTEMA DE ESCRITA ALFABÉTICA, SENDO ASSIM, ESSA PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA NÃO PROPORCIONA A DIMENSÃO SOCIAL DO APRENDIZADO DA LEITURA E DA ESCRITA, OU SEJA, O ALFABETIZAR LETRANDO, POIS, ESSES CONHECIMENTOS SÃO DIRECIONADOS EXCLUSIVAMENTE PARA A PRÁTICA DE RESOLUÇÃO DE ATIVIDADES DO LIVRO DIDÁTICO. TAL POSTURA REQUER POR PARTE DA DOCENTE UM DIRECIONAMENTO MAIS AMPLO DO SEU ENSINO PARA VALORIZAÇÃO DA CULTURA ESCRITA EM CONSONÂNCIA AO RESPEITO DAS NECESSIDADES DOS EDUCANDOS.
Objetivo: verificar a associação entre o diagnóstico e desfechos clínicos em casos suspeitos de Acidente Vascular Encefálico, atendidos no pronto-socorro de um hospital de alta complexidade. Método: estudo transversal e observacional, com dados secundários e abordagem quantitativa, realizado sobre atendimentos de pacientes com suspeita de Acidente Vascular Encefálico isquêmico ou hemorrágico durante seis meses. Resultados: do total de 50 atendimentos, observou-se que entre os diagnósticos de Acidente Vascular Encefálico, destacaram-se o isquêmico com 18 casos (36%) e o hemorrágico com cinco (10%), sendo que este representou a maior proporção de óbitos, com o total de três (6%). Dentro da amostra, 24 (48%) não tiveram confirmação de AVE, sem qualquer ocorrência de óbito (p-valor= 0,001). Conclusão: observou-se na amostra a associação entre o diagnóstico de Acidente Vascular Encefálico e seu desfecho clínico, com a alta hospitalar como principal desfecho, porém com um alto percentual de óbitos.
