Ключевой задачей исследования является спецификация комплексного научного подхода к определению контента особой региональной аграрной политики, реализация которой в отечественных депрессивных аграрных регионах позволит успешно осуществить цели и задачи, определённые важными стратегическими документами (Стратегия пространственного развития Российской Федерации на период до 2025 года и Стратегия развития агропромышленного и рыбохозяйственного комплексов на период до 2030 года -далее Стратегии), а в итоге, обеспечить динамичное и сбалансированное развитие обозначенных субъектов РФ. Новизна исследования заключается в обосновании такой методологии, которая, во-первых, учитывает эвристические преимущества различных современных теорий территориального развития, вовторых, предполагает междисциплинарный подход, инкорпорирующий (в процессе решения сформулированной фундаментальной задачи) достижения социальных, политических и экономических наук, в-третьих, имеет (несмотря на фундаментальность) высокую практическую значимость для подготовки и реализации ряда документов, разработка которых планируется для успешной реализации задач Стратегий в отдельных (депрессивных) регионах России. Предложенный комплексный междисциплинарный подход к определению содержания региональной аграрной политики (как инструмента реализации двух Стратегий) позволит разработать её параметры (в частности, цели, направления, механизмы реализации и т.д.) с учётом локальной специфики, регионального потенциала, местных приоритетов, культурных, социально-экономических и политических особенностей территорий, идентифицированных в настоящее время как депрессивные.Ключевые слова: аграрная политика, депрессивный регион, пространственное развитие, стратегия, методология исследования.
