This study aims to determine the challenges of higher education learning and the implementation of independent learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is literature study or library research. Literature studies are carried out by reading library sources to obtain the required data. The data sources used are secondary data, where secondary data is collected through textbooks, scientific journals, and perodical. The results showed that online learning is learning that uses an internet-based interactive model and a Learning Management System (LMS). The abilities of lecturers and students in online learning vary, some are accustomed to it, cannot be separated, there are also those who are forced and unprepared. However, the condition of the plague forces everyone to be ready to take advantage of information technology to prevent the outbreak from spreading. The Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic has great potential to become a catalyst in the implementation of the Merdeka Learning: Merdeka Campus policy. Lecturers and students become actors in independent learning with the help of information technology. The implementation of online learning is not only dominated by State Universities (PTN), Private Universities (PTS) have also implemented online lectures well. Namun, kondisi wabah memaksa semuanya harus siap memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mencegah wabah meluas. Pandemi Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) justru memberikan potensi besar menjadi katalis dalam implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar: Kampus Merdeka. Dosen dan mahasiswa menjadi actor dalam pembelajaran secara mandiri dengan bantuan teknologi informasi. Implementasi pembelajaran daring bukan hanya didominasi Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN), Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) juga telah mengimplementasikan kuliah daring dengan baik. This study aims to analyze the level of Financial Performance of the Indonesian Employees Cooperative (KPRI) “ABDI GURU” Praya Lombok Tengah in terms of five (5) aspects that are said to be healthy. The research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach and focuses on the Cooperative Financial Statements for five (5) years. The results showed that from the recap of the results of the ratio analysis of the five aspects used in the research at KPRI ABDI Guru Praya Lombok Tengah for three consecutive years 2017-2019, the score was in the range of 40 x < 60 this means that according to the Ministerial Decree Kop.& UKM Number: 14 Per /M.KUKM/XII/2009 the health of the cooperative's financial performance is in an unhealthy condition. Meanwhile, in 2020-2021 the health of the cooperative's financial performance is in an unhealthy condition because it is in the score range of 20 x < 40. From a general management aspect, KPRI ABDI Guru Praya Central Lombok is able to carry out savings and loan activities as expected as intended by the Minister of Finance Kop. & UKM Number: 14 Per /M.KUKM/XII/2009). This study aims to: (1) Know that local food diversity in Mataram City has a significant effect on tourism development, (2) Knowing local food diversity in Central Lombok has a significant effect on tourism development, (3) Knowing local food diversity in West Lombok has a significant effect on tourism development, (4) Knowing local food diversity in East Lombok has a significant effect on tourism development, and (5) Knowing local food diversity in North Lombok has a significant effect on tourism development. The research samples were local food entrepreneurs in each Regency and City on Lombok Island as many as 190 respondents. Research results show that local food products typical of the city of Mataram, local food products typical of Central Lombok, local food products typical of West Lombok, local food products typical of East Lombok, and local food products typical of North Lombok together have a significant influence on the development of tourism respectively -one area. Partially there is a significant effect of variable local food products typical of the city of Mataram, local food products typical of Central Lombok, local food products typical of West Lombok, local food products typical of East Lombok, and local food products typical of North Lombok towards the development of tourism in each region. The relationship or correlation of each region is very strong, meaning that between typical food products in the existing cities and regencies have many similarities, this can be shown in the test results of the coefficient of determination (R) which is equal to 0.815 and Adjusted R Square (R2) of 0.654
This study aims to determine the influence of Adab/behavior towards others in daily life, Fair, Trustworthy, Wise and Wise, Responsible, Strength (tough), Discipline, Sincerity, Innovative, Honest, Concern for society and the environment, and Sensitivity affect the decandition of values. morale among students. The type of research is associative, meaning the relationship between independent and dependent. The research population is students of STIEAMM Mataram Accounting Study Program SMT V and Management Study Program SMT VII as many as 176 students. The research sample was 64 respondents. The results showed that the constant value (α) was 2.861, meaning that moral decadence among students was 2.861 units with the assumption that the variables were character/behavior, fair character, trustworthy character, responsibility, fighting power, discipline, sincerity, innovativeness, honesty, caring, and sensitivity in a constant or constant state, Judging from eleven (11) the average variable has a significant probability greater than (> 0.05), this proves that there is a direct relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Individually, each character education has a significant and significant impact on students' moral decadence. Meanwhile, simultaneously or together where the calculated F value is 37,204 and the significance is 0.000. it is said that the calculated F is greater than the F table (37,204 > 2.39) This means that there is a significant effect of character education on moral decadence among students. Then, if it is associated with a strong or weak relationship between the independent and dependent variables, as the resulting coefficient of determination with an R-value of 0.860 means the correlation is quite strong Adjusted R Square (R2) = 0.722: Moral decadence among students can be explained through eleven (11) variables only by 72.2%. While 27.8% (100% - 72.2%) can be explained through other variables not included in this study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Adab/perilaku terhadap sesama dalam keseharian, Adil, Amanah, Arif dan Bijaksana, Bertanggungjawab, Daya juang (tangguh), Disiplin, Ikhlas, Inovatif, Jujur , Kepedulian terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan, dan Kepekaan berpengaruh terhadap dekandisi nilai moral dikalangan mahasiswa.Jenis penelitian adalah asosiatif artinya hubungan antar independen dan dependen.Populasi penelitian adalah Mahasiswa STIEAMM Mataram Program Studi Akuntansi SMT V dan Program Studi Manajemen SMT VII sebanyak 176 Mahasiswa. Sampel Penelitian sebanyak 64 responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nilai konstanta (α) sebesar 2.861 artinya dekandensi moral dikalangan mahasiswa sebesar 2.861 satuan dengan asumsi variabel karakter adab/perilaku, karakter adil, karakter amanah, tanggung jawab, daya juang, disiplin, ikhlas, inovatif, jujur,kepedulian, dan kepekaan dalam keadaan konstan atau tetap, Dilihat dari sebelas (11) variable rata-rata mempunyai probabilitas signifikansi yang lebih besar dari (>0.05), hal ini membuktikan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang serah variable independen dengan dependen. Secara individual pendidikan karakter masing-masing mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap dekandensi moral mahasiswa. Sedangkan secara simultan atau bersama-sama dimana nilai F hitung sebesar 37.204 dan signifikansi 0,000. dikatakan bahwa F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel (37.204 > 2.39) Hal ini dikatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pendidikan karakter terhadap dekandensi moral dikalangan mahasiswa. Kemudian apabila dikaitkan dengan kuat atau lemahnya hubungan variable independen dan dependen maka sebagaimana yang dihasilkan koefisien determinasi dengan nilai R sebesar 0.860 berarti hubungan Korelasi cukup kuat Adjusted R Square (R2) =0.722 : Dekandensi moral dikalangan Mahasiswa dapat dijelaskan melalui sebelas (11) variable hanya sebesar 72.2%. Sedangkan 27.8% (100% - 72.2%) dapat dijelaskan melalui variebl-variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.
