Payment mechanisms are migrated to mobile devices as e-commerce grows, creating e-wallets. The current e-wallet payment solutions are based on online-connected smartphones. The transaction is completed using a mobile application, which requires a GPRS and Wi-Fi connection. People around the world are becoming more interested in e-wallets. Nevertheless, in Iraq, it grows slower than in other parts of the world after survey is done to ascertain the primary elements influencing Iraqis’ adoption of electronic wallets. This paper proposes a design of e-wallet Mobile app offering online to offline (O2O) payments that aim to replace traditional e-wallet, credit cards, debit cards, and cash using offline connectivity, near-field communication (NFC), and SMS-based payment mechanisms that are independent of internet connection.
Today, the integration of Expert System (ES) and Database Management System (DBMS) is an emerging research area that is expected to become one of the most important application development products. The proposed system characterized a new class of computer systems to be called Expert Database System (EDS) which is a combination of two systems. They are the Database system and Expert system. This research considers that the database contains a lot of data, which is used by a large number of users with different computer education levels. It is a fact that the DBMS is always strict in query execution that the unfit query for a simple reason would be rejected, this rejection affects communication momentum and user disappointment by not having the desired data. The proposed system aims to prevent rejection of unfit query that is entered by the user through preparing it for optimization it so that it is in a simple correct form which is accepted by the DBMS.
Information systems governance and green information technology are included in this review. More precisely, organizational activities. Every day, an increasing amount of organizations around the world adopt modern Green IT activities. However, though, it has little to do with corporate management and governance. A new structure for implementing Green IT governance is needed for this. Concerning these elements, Environmental sensitivity trends are pushing companies to take a new solution to this issue. Implementing green strategies has been a challenge for organizations that wish to remain ahead of the curve regarding social and environmental consciousness. The field of information technology, rather than any other, has proved to be a valuable tool and future friend of the environment (IT). Green IT and governance IT conducts in this region promote sustainability in and by IT. Organizations, however - owing to a lack of clear green IT principles and practices, helping them to perform some sustainable action - are at a major disadvantage in this respect. This research aims to show the researchers' findings of the value of Green IT and governance information systems in industry and organizations and the benefits of using them. The findings of this multi-count analysis illustrate the present state of Green IT organizations, their IT method of government, and problem-solving in a particular situation in their researchers.
This investigation provides a methodology for surface quality measurement. In machine based vision, an optical inspection is validated to identify defects over materials. As well, normalization approach is used to process homogeneous thickness. With compensation procedures flaws are identified and analyzed. However, after defect identification, decision rules are defected for appropriate classification which offers optimal performance and diminishes tuning complexity. The anticipated approach is effectual and fulfils inspection requirements. Experimental outcomes may validate performance of anticipated approach to recognition rate and inspection speed.
The amount of data produced and processed every day is increasing exponentially, and reaching unthinkable levels. This amount of data has to be stored and processed by something. While the conventional computers are reaching their limits in data storage and processing, and this dictates the need for a nano sized transistors.Quantum computers can provide genius solution for that issue. Quantum computing is an emerging interdisciplinary field in information technology. This technology acquired its name, because it is based on quantum physics. In this article we present a new perspectiveonthe progress in the research efforts on quantum computing technology and their likelihood to replace the conventional computers and change the way we manipulate data and information. Also we claim this might be the first article in the region tackling quantum technology.
With the exclusive growth in the WWW makes the internet growing very fast. Therefore classifiers of the web pages become more challenging. The proposed system is about using Principal Components Algorithm PCA to classify web documents . In this research, new web page classification method is proposed, and the proposed system uses a neural network with inputs obtained by the Principal Components Algorithm. The feature vectors that obtained from PCA are then used as the input to the neural networks for classification. The experimental evaluation demonstrates that the proposed system provides high quality classification accuracy with the sports news datasets.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
