Latar Belakang : Fenomena tingkat kinerja pelayanan kesehatan dapat diketahui dengan mempelajaribeberapa indikator upaya kesehatan, misalnya pemanfaatan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut.Upaya pemanfaatan kesehatan gigi dan mulut saat ini belum berjalan optimal karena adanya berbagaikendala, antara lain masalah tenaga kesehatan, sarana, biaya operasional, dan kondisi sosial ekonomimasyarakat. Kinerja Dokter Gigi merupakan masalah yang sangat penting untuk dikaji dalam rangkamempertahankan dan meningkatkan pembangunan kesehatan khususnya kesehatan gigi dan mulutTujuan: mengetahui hambatan kinerja dokter gigi sebagai provider dalam memberikan pelayanankesehatan gigi dan mulut melalui Teori Menurut George R. Terry di Kabupaten Konawe Tahun 2019(R.Terry, 1972).Metode : Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalahObservasi danWawancara Mendalam (IndepthInterview) kepada 12 informan yang terbagi dari informan kunci yaituKepala Puskesmas dan Kepala Dinas. Sedangkan Informan pendukung yaitu doketr gigi yang bertugasdi Wilayah Kabupaten Konawe. Desain : Penelitian ini kualitatif dengan menggunakan desainfenomenologi dengan waktu pengumpulan data sejak bulan April hingga Juni 2019.Hasil : Tiga tema muncul sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu hambatan Kinerja Dokter Gigi sebagaiprovider dalam memberikan pelayanan gigi dan mulut dari aspek Man (manusianya), dari aspek Money(uang/modal), dari aspek Matherial (bahan).Kesimpulan : Hambatan Kinerja Dokter Gigi sebagai provider dalam memberikan pelayanan gigi danmulut Di Kabupaten Konawe terdapat kekurangan sumber daya manusia kesehatan tenaga Dokter Gigimasih sangat kurang. Namun di sisi lain dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal kepadamasyarakat. Hambatan Kinerja Dokter Gigi sebagai provider dalam memberikan pelayanan gigi danmulut di Kabupaten Konawe diperlukan adanya peningkatan besaran kapitasi Dokter Gigi dan kapitasiyang ada dirasakan membatasi pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh Dokter Gigi. Hambatan KinerjaDokter Gigi sebagai provider dalam memberikan pelayanan gigi dan mulut di Kabupaten KonaweDokter Gigi masih terkendala dengan peralatan, sarana, dan prasarana yang ada serta anggaran dalammelakukan pelayanan gigi dan mulut dan Hambatan Kinerja Dokter Gigi sebagai provider dalammemberikan pelayanan gigi dan mulut di Kabupaten Konawe terjadi kekurangan Tenaga Dokter Gigidipengaruhi oleh faktor kebijakan politik dan kebijakan stekholder.
Daun kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata L.) merupakan tumbuhan yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai obat tradisional,memiliki potensi sebagai antidiabetes salah satunya tumbuhan kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata L.), dimana kandungan senyawa pada tumbuhan tersebut terdiri flavonoid, tanin, saponin, dan terpenoid senyawa- senyawa ini dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa dalam darah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji ekstrak etanol daun kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata L.) secara in vitro. Pada penelitian ini sampel diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96% ekstrak etanol daun kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata L). Uji penghambatan enzim α-glukosidase dilakukan menurut metode salehi. Penelitian uji aktivitas penghambat enzim a-glukusidase ekstrak etanol daun kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata L.) dibuat dalam empat konsentrasi yaitu konsentrasi 25%, 50%, 100%, dan 200%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ekstraksi etanol memiliki penghambatan aktivitas α-glukosidase paling tinggi dengan nilai IC50 sebesar 65,59
Background:Every year, the social insurance administration organisation (BPJS Kesehatan) always experiences a very large deficit. The high number of deficits experienced by the social insurance administration organisation (BPJS Kesehatan) is due to the low level of compliance of contribution payments by independent participants. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between income levels, patient perceptions of health services and activeness of cadres with compliance with payment of dues to participants in the Independent National Health Insurance, Kolaka District. Methods:This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all 1075 independent National Health Insurance participants. The sample size was 89 respondents who were taken by proportional random sampling. The data were obtained using a questionnaire and then analyzed descriptively and inferentially using the Chi Square test. Result:The results showed that there was a relationship between income levels, patient perceptions of health services and the activeness of cadres with compliance with the payment of dues for participants in the independent national health insurance in Kolaka District, where the p-value <?= 0.05. Conclusion:Perception of health services is the most related factor in comparison to the level of income and activity of the cadres. It is hoped that the social insurance administration organisation (BPJS Kesehatan) will carry out strategies in an effort to increase the regularity or compliance of the independent national health insurance participants and increase the number of cadres.
Background: A hospital in Kendari is tracing the problems namely about interactions with employees. Also the information about the strategies which is used to improve hospital performance has not been clearly stated. The efforts to improve services are still relatively routine in nature. The use of strategic terms is still relatively traditional, so the strategic position of this hospital is unclear. The purpose of this study is to analyse the relationship between the cost leadership strategy and the quality of health services in Kendari City Hospital. Methods: This research is quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The research location was in the Kendari City Regional Hospital and was conducted from February to March 2021. The population was 456 people and a sample of 95 people was all employees of the Kendari City Regional Hospital. The sampling technique used the Proportive Random Sampling. Results: There is a relationship between Cost leadership strategy with Service Quality, it is known that the value of chi square ( X2 count is greater than X2table, and a value of Phi is 0.239 or it lies between 0.20-0.399. This means that there is a weak relationship. Conclusion: Offensive Strategy or Growth is a strategy that is recommended to improve the quality of services in the Kendari City Regional Hospital.
