теперішній час ще залишається багато невирішених питань про дію електромагнітного випромінювання різного діапазону на окремо взяті органи і системи, а також є актуальним вивчення дії цього фактора на біологічні середовища організму. За умов моделювання гіпотиреозу після тиреоїдєктомії у міокарді спостерігаються деструктивні зміни та процеси дегенерації м'язових волокон, але після впливу надвисоких частот з експозіцією 45 хвилин, настає регенаторна компенсаторна перебудова структурних компонентів міокарду стінки серця, але після тиреоїдектомії та впливу НВЧ-випромінювання з екпозицією 120 хвилин, спостерігали посилення дегенеративних та деструктивних процесів у міокарді стінки серця. Нами проводилось дослідження дії НВЧ-випромінювання на показники периферійної крові статевозрілих щурів залежно від часу експозиції. Опромінення проводили генератором сигналів високочастотним Г4-83 (7,5-10,5 ГГц), частота 10 ГГц, довжиною хвилі 3,0 см, експозицією 45 та 120 хвилин щодня на все тіло в цілому впродовж 10 діб. Тварини були розподілені на 6 груп. У контрольній групі показники периферійної крові суттєво не змінювались упродовж експерименту. У щурів, що отримували сеанси НВЧ-випромінювання з експозицією 45 хвилин, всі показники залишались близькими до показників норми. У щурів, що отримували сеанси НВЧ-випромінювання з експозицією 120 хвилин, спостерігались наступні зміни: збільшення паличкоядерних і сегментоядерних нейтрофілів, моноцитів, поява молодих форм лейкоцитів, еритроцитопенія, анемія, лімфоцитопенія.
