The article aims to thoroughly study the compliance of the quality of educational services provided by vocational education institutions (hereinafter - VEIs) to the needs of the regional labor market in qualified staff and professional career development. The authors have tested the analysis system of professional success of vocational education graduates and developed technology for evaluating the effectiveness and quality of educational services provided by VEIs. By the above, the authors offer to organize activities of Advisory Committees and Professional Councils in the field as an innovative interaction form between vocational education institutions and employers in the professional educational environment.
The purpose of this article is to substantiate and analyze the problem of information development and educational environment of IP(VT)E in the digital space and identify current issues, it inhibits this process, outlining the author's vision of solutions. A set of theoretical and empirical methods was used to study the issue. Using these methods the components were identified and they have became key in determining of the main problems. The current problem of development of information and educational environment in the conditions of digitalization of society is researched in the article. The current state of the digitalization process in IP(VT)E and its impact on the development of information and educational environment are studied. Teachers and students faced with some problems in the training and production process, including in the conditions of distance learning, which is caused by certain quarantine restrictions in the conditions of a COVID-19 pandemic. These main problem issues were determined. The analysis of the activities of the IP(VT) in Ukrainian regions was made as for the creation and development of information and educational environment, by developing models and implementing individual components of the digitalization process; development of electronic educational literature and introduction of 3d-modeling technologies.

The article substantiates the essence of the concept of «partial qualifications»and defines their role and place in the context of domestic and foreign experience. The peculiarities of the organization of the process of professional training of future electrotechnical professionals in educational and practical centers of institution professional (vocational and technical) education are disclosed. The need to distinguish between the terms «competence» and «learning results» has been established for the objectivity of evaluating the process of mastering partial qualifications by future specialists in the electrical engineering profile. The components of the selection mechanism of partial qualifications relevant on the labor market, which involves taking into account the current and prospective needs of the economic environment, have been determined. Within the framework of the study, the aspects of using management tools to ensure the efficiency and transparency of the professional training process are outlined. The structural components of educational programs for the acquisition of partial qualifications have been specified and the stages of their design have been disclosed. It was noted that the programs should ensure the formation of general professional, key, as well as professional competencies. However, their specific list should be agreed with the interested parties. It is noted that the process of implementation of the outlined programs is based on the principles of integration of theoretical and practical segments, for the implementation of each of which, the thematic plan provides a share of the general fund of time. Emphasis is placed on the need to ensure trust in the quality of credentials and their content when recognizing the results of mastering partial qualifications. A structural algorithm for the organization of professional training for the acquisition of partial qualifications by future specialists in the electrical engineering profile has been developed. Positive factors of the specified process and possible risks associated with its implementation are highlighted.
