In the evaluation of scoliosis, it could be useful to examine primitive reflexes as a possible reason for trunk rotation. In the treatment of scoliosis, primitive reflex integration methods should be used in some cases.

StreszczenieWprowadzenie. Dojrzewanie układu nerwowego u dzieci następuje spontanicznie pod wpływem bodź-ców docierających z otoczenia. Integracja odruchów prymitywnych jest wyznacznikiem dojrzałości neurologicznej.Cel pracy. Porównanie dojrzałości neurologicznej dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym i wczesnoszkolnym na podstawie stopnia integracji odruchów prymitywnych.
Materiał i metody.Badana grupa liczyła 135 dzieci (64 chłopców i 71 dziewczynek), wśród których przeprowadzono testy odruchów prymitywnych według Sally Goddard. Największa różnica między grupami występuje w integracji TOB w postaci zgięciowej, której pełną postać osiągnęło 95% dzieci w wieku szkolnym i 65% dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym. Całkowity brak integracji odruchów ATOS lewostronnego i TOB wyprostnego zaobserwowano odpowiednio u 8% dzieci z grupy przedszkolnej i 3-4% dzieci z grupy szkolnej.Wnioski.
Integracja odru chów do CUN we właściwym czasie warunkuje prawi dłowy rozwój, a więc wykorzystanie pełnego potencjału rozwojowego dziecka.
