В условиях распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19 и введения пандемии функционирование во всех сферах жизни значительно изменилось. В связи со сложившейся санитарноэпидемиологической обстановкой современное общество перешло в условия самоизоляции и введения режима дистанционного обучения. Изменение привычного образовательного процесса способствовало возникновению ряда проблем, связанных как с трудностями усвоения нового материала, изменением трудового и повседневного распорядка, так и с повышением уровня тревожности и возникновением депрессии среди студентов. До сих пор влияние дистанционного формата получения знаний на психологическое состояние и самочувствие студентов медицинских вузов изучено недостаточно. Авторами статьи проведена оценка и исследована динамика психологического статуса студентов медицинского вуза при введении дистанционного профессионального обучения в условиях пандемии коронавируса и вынужденной самоизоляции, путем анкетирования выявлены предпосылки развития тревожно-депрессивного синдрома среди студенческой молодежи. Были проанализированы мнения обучающихся о получении профессиональных компетенций дистанционно. Поднятые в статье вопросы представляются чрезвычайно важными для дальнейшего планирования организации образовательного процесса в медицинском вузе и разработки рекомендаций по сохранению и укреплению здоровья студенческой молодежи.
