Methods. The study employs methods of content analysis.
Results. Corporate social responsibility is the most important principle of operation of Tatneft, one of the largest Russian energy companies. Social and charitable programs are the instruments of its social policy. The company gives particular attention to the youth policy.
Conclusions. Tatneft closely cooperates with the State in providing social services to its employees. This interaction is based on adherence to the principles of social justice and economic efficiency in the distribution of social goods.
