В клинических условиях проведено комплексное многофакторное исследование этиопа-тогенеза ишемического инсульта. У пациентов с диагнозом ишемический инсульт с помощью неинва-зивного метода регистрации уровня постоянного потенциала головного мозга отмечена динамика це-ребрального энергообмена на разных этапах ишемического каскада. Одновременно методом эмиссион-ной спектрометрии установлена концентрация макро и микроэлементов в сыворотке крови пациентов и концентрация нейроспецифических белков S100, AT к NR2 и VEGF методом иммуноферментного ана-лиза. Методом дисперсионного анализа по Крускалу−Уоллесу показано достоверное различие концен-трации макро-и микроэлементов и нейроспецифических белков при разных значениях уровня постоян-ного потенциала. С помощью корреляционного анализа выявлены достоверные связи между показате-лями церебрального энергообмена, концентрацией макро-и микроэлементов и нейроспецифических белков, что свидетельствует о возможности использования этих показателей в качестве биомаркеров ишемии мозга с целью обеспечения максимальной сохранности мозговой ткани при дисциркуляцион-ных расстройствах.КЛЮЧЕВЫЕ СЛОВА: ишемический инсульт, мозг, энергетический метаболизм мозга, уровень по-стоянного потенциала, макро-и микроэлементы.
