This report details the radiological measurements taken in the TREAT Reactor Building and the surrounding environment prior to and just after its restart in order to characterize the radiological conditions that existed prior to and during the initial restart operations.The authors would like to acknowledge the support from RTTP Management and the TREAT Operations staff for allowing the extensive radiological surveys, as well as the health physics technicians from the INL Radiological Control organization who performed many of the measurements referenced in this report.
