Les tumeurs des glandes salivaires représentent 5% des tumeurs de la tête et du cou, elles sont diverses et les donnée épidémiologiques sont variables. Notre travail est une étude rétrospective menée sur une durée de 14 ans allant de janvier 2004 jusqu'à septembre 2018 au sein du service d'anatomie pathologique de CHU MED VI de Marrakech. 96 patients ont été colligés, dont l'âge moyen est de 42 ans, avec une légère prédominance masculine (sexe ratio 1.28). Une masse parotidienne a été observée dans 83.33% des cas. 87.5% des tumeurs étaient bénignes dominées par l'adénome pléomorphe chez 70.83% des cas , suivi de la tumeur de wartin dans 16.66% des cas . alors que les tumeurs malignes étaient retrouvées chez 12.5% des cas dominées par le carcinome adénoïde kystique chez 7.29% des cas et le carcinome mucoépidermoïde dans 4.16% des cas. Les tumeurs des glandes salivaires représentent un ensemble hétérogène de maladies de caractérisation complexe et de fréquence variable.
