O cuidado pós-operatório é um serviço que necessita de coordenação e integração multiprofissional, atuando em conjunto médicos, enfermeiros, técnicos de enfermagem, fisioterapeuta, dentre outros. Cotidianamente, as atividades são realizadas com risco de falhas, principalmente, de monitorização repetitiva e de registro hospitalar. Além disso, a equipe deve protocolar a melhor forma de conduta e de registro, para evitar tais falhas. Portanto, o presente estudo busca avaliar a facilitação da prática assistencial no cuidado pós-operatório através da tecnologia. Metodologia: Foi realizada uma pesquisa descritiva-exploratória em duas etapas. Primeiramente, focada no desenvolvimento de um aplicativo e, depois, na aplicação e validação da usabilidade do aplicativo como ferramenta para auxílio do cuidado pós-operatório mediante uso do questionário System Usability Scale (SUS), em três grupos de profissionais diferentes. Resultado e Discussão: O modelo inicial passou por aperfeiçoamentos após sugestões tanto de especialistas em anestesiologia quanto de entrevistados. Observou-se respostas semelhantes entre os três grupos, positivas relacionadas ao uso de aplicativos na prática assistencial pós-operatória. Atualmente, o avanço da tecnologia e a popularização dos smartphones tornaram, cada vez mais comum, o uso de aplicativos voltados para facilitar o cotidiano de diversos profissionais, até mesmo os da saúde. Conclusão: Por fim, a usabilidade do aplicativo no procedimento de cuidados pós-operatórios foi avaliada como a melhor possível entre os diferentes grupos de profissionais da área da saúde.
