Резюме. В статье приводится анализ структуры вирусных гепатитов у детей, среди которых цитомегаловирусный (ЦМВ) гепатит как моноинфекция диагностирован у 8 (3,4 %) детей, микст-инфекцияу 10 (4,3 %) больных. Представлены клинические наблюдения ЦМВ-гепатита у детей разного возраста, демонстрирующие различные варианты течения: острый ЦМВ-гепатит, закончившийся выздоровлением у 12-летнего ребенка, и первично-хронический у 5-месячного ребенка.
Наведено клінічне спостереження дитини 1 року, у якої діагностовано гепатит у структурі реактивованої форми герпесвірусної інфекції 6-го типу. Відзначалося значне підвищення трансаміназ при нормальних інших біохімічних показниках печінки. Отримано ефект від призначення противірусної терапії ацикловіром внутрішньовенно.
Надано клінічне спостереження тяжкої форми герпетичного менінгоенцефаліту у підлітка 15 років. Пізня діагностика менінгоенцефаліту та несвоєчасне призначення специфічної противірусної терапії (ацикловір призначено на 15-ту добу від початку захворювання) сприяли прогресуванню уражень головного мозку і формуванню грубого психоорганічного синдрому з аментивними розладами свідомості.

In the alternative groups of patients (in all combinations), the differential diagnostic significance of clinical and laboratory parameters has been evaluated by means of Wald-Genkin heterogeneous sequential procedure. All studied traits were divided into gradations and then differential diagnostic coefficients (DC) and diagnostic information (I) were obtained separately for the clinical indicators, CSF indicators and full blood count. The indicators were distributed in the descending order of their self-descriptiveness that, in future, taking into account the most significant of them, allowed to form a generalized diagnostic algorithms in each comparison group.
