The article deals with the problem of cooperation and psychological and pedagogical support for families raising children with special educational needs and homeschooled children. An attempt is made to take into account the most relevant, methodologically grounded and practice-oriented approaches in drawing up a family support program at the elementary school stage. The variants of cooperation and support, possibilities of correction of the psychological climate of the family, the process of formation of the child’s value learning and personal attitudes are considered.
