Schwannoma is a benign, solitary tumor which may occur from nerve sheath of the peripheral, sympathetic and cranial nerves except optic and olfactory nerves which have no nerve sheath themselves. About 25-45% of schwannoma occur in the head and neck region with which the acoustic nerve is most frequently involved. Schwannoma in the nasal cavity is very rare. We have experienced an unusual case of schwannoma occurring in Right nasal cavity of 85-year-old woman who complained of frequent epistaxis. We report a this case with review of literature.
