Since their discovery in 99, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been one of the most actively studied materials because of their unique structure and extraordinary physical properties []. Due to the high aspect ratio, excellent electrical property, and good mechanical stiffness, CNTs has been considered as an ideal candidate for field emitters [2][3][4]. However, it is still necessary to improve the emission current density, uniformity and stability for practical applications of field emission devices.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
