ZusammenfassungDie Durchführung von reproduzierbaren akustischen Messungen erfordert den Einsatz von kalibrierten Mikrofonen. Für die Kalibrierung sind, abhängig vom Einsatzzweck, mehrere Verfahren etabliert, wobei sich mit dem Reziprozitätsverfahren die kleinsten Unsicherheiten erreichen lassen. Üblicherweise werden mit diesem Verfahren als Labornormal geeignete Typen von Kondensatormikrofonen mit externer Vorspannung kalibriert. Da beim Reziprozitätsverfahren kein Referenzmikrofon benötigt wird, ist seine Anwendung auch bei anderen Mikrofontypen und geringeren Unsicherheitsanforderungen interessant. Die Kalibrierung von Elektretmikrofonen nach diesem Verfahren wurde erfolgreich getestet. Neben den Grundlagen des Verfahrens werden der verwendete Versuchsaufbau für die Kalibrierung sowie die Messdatenauswertung im Detail beschrieben. Für die im Mikrofondatenblatt angegebene Empfindlichkeit bei 1 kHz wurde eine gute Übereinstimmung mit den Messdaten erhalten.
