The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of industrial work practices (Prakerin), family environment, and selfefficacy on student Work-Readiness directly and indirectly. The number of samples involved in this study was 175 students taken by Slovin formula. The ex-post-facto research was employed as the research design in this study. The data were analysed using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The results of this study showed that industrial work practices, family environment, and self-efficacy both directly and indirectly have a positive and significant effect on Work-Readiness.
Rendahnya motivasi kewirausahaan siswa SMK menjadi sangat penting dikaji. Meskipunproses pembelajaran sebagai media penanaman sikap, namun mempersiapkan siswa menjadiwirausahawan tidak hanya berhenti sampai evaluasi yang berbentuk sikap. Dalam halini diperlukan analisis dorongan-dorongan untuk bertindak wirausaha. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa faktor siswa, kompetensi guru lingkungan keluarga, sikap kreatif dansikap inovatif berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kewirausahaan baik secara langsung maupuntidak langsung. Dalam membentuk sikap kreatif, pengaruh kompetensi guru menjadi sangatdominan, sementara untuk pembentukan sikap inovatif dan motivasi kewirausahaan, pengaruhsikap kreatif menjadi sangat dominan.
This research aims to: 1) find out the effects of undefined self-efficacy of student entrepreneurship on students' entrepreneurial intentions, 2) find out the effect of undefined entrepreneurship education on student on entrepreneurial intentions, 3) find out the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurship and student entrepreneurship education on student entrepreneurial intentions. This research is an explanatory survey research with a questionnaire as an instrument of data collection. The population of this study was all 2016 and 2017 class students with 153 students as a sample. The data were analysed by descriptive analysis. The results showed a significant effect of self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions.
The study aims at identifying the effects of entrepreneurial learning and emotional intelligence on entrepreneurial intentions and the differences of entrepreneurial intentions based on the gender aspect. This study employed an explanatory survey method involving 560 accounting education students from all over Indonesia as the research population. Then, 233 respondents were acquired as the sample size. The data collection was carried out using the questionnaires that firstly have been tested for their validity and reliability. In addition, this study also employed descriptive and regression analysis as a means of processing the data. The research findings show that entrepreneurship learning and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Learning entrepreneurship has the greatest influence on entrepreneurial intentions. There is no difference in entrepreneurial intentions from the gender aspect, it is suggested that the two independent and dependent variables increase the facilities and infrastructure indicators, indicators of social skills, and indicators of enthusiasm for trying a business.
