Trauma is one of the most common cause of mortality in developing nation. Trauma patients are increasing day by day which is attributed to increase in number of motor vehicles. Various trauma scores have been developed to predict the mortality and outcome in trauma patients. Hence this study was done to test the accuracies of ISS & NISS for predicting mortality and outcome in chest and abdominal trauma patients. ATertiary centre hospital based prospective & observational Study was conducted from June 2021 to September 2022 in Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, Ranchi. A total of 204 patients were included in my study who presented with chest and abdominal trauma and fullled my inclusion criteria. Athorough clinical examination was performed, followed by necessary interventions, primary management and radiological investigation which were done as per patient's requirement. After that Trauma scores were computed and recorded. Data was further analysed using SPSS software
Spindle cell sarcoma of the lower limb is a rare tumor. It remains a diagnostic as well as a therapeutic challenge to identify and successfully treat a case of spindle cell sarcoma as the tumor can be notorious sometimes. The current study presents a case of spindle cell sarcoma with clinical, imaging and pathological examination. A 20-year-old female presented to the surgery OPD of Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, Ranchi suffering from a mass on the posteromedial aspect of her left leg for approximately four years. Imaging examination by leg computed tomography angiogram scan revealed a large thrombosed arterio-venous malformation. The patient underwent wide local excision of the mass. Pre operative ne needle aspiration cytology examination revealed benign spindle cell mass. The swelling was excised under anaesthesia. Post op histopathological examination was done which revealed spindle cell sarcoma
