In preparation for the post-COVID-19 era, it is necessary to ready a new special education support system that utilizes the advantages of distance learning. The purpose of the study was to develop plans for distance learning and educational support that could effectively educate students with disabilities in the distance learning situation. For this purpose, a Delphi survey was conducted by organizing a panel of 16 experts (including professors, administrators, teachers, and parents). Through the first Delphi survey, the basic framework of distance learning and educational support was constructed. Then, the final draft was derived through the second Delphi survey. As a result of the study, the draft was divided into two areas, distance learning and educational support, whereas the support plans were presented in three sub-areas. This study will contribute to establishing a future education model for students with disabilities and a customized education support system in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era and national crisis.
The purpose of this study was to explore the human rights status of students with disabilities and the requirements for respecting those rights in the integrated education field. The study conducted in-depth focus group interviews to examine experiences with and perceptions of human rights for students with disabilities. We interviewed a total of 12 participants: four special education teachers who oversee human rights clubs, four community human rights specialists, and four family members of students with disabilities who have experienced integrated education. After analyzing the interviews, we derived seven major themes: 1) causes and patterns of human rights violations in schools, 2) difficulties and problems in handling human rights violation cases, 3) various efforts to educate respect for disability rights, 4) human rights education for students with disabilities, 5) the need for school culture formation and social awareness change for respecting human rights of students with disabilities, 6) strengthening the role of the Office of Education as the center of human rights education, and 7) expanding parent education and support to respect the students’ rights. Based on these results, implications and suggestions for future research were discussed.
The study analyzed the effects of changing economic and demographic variables such as population, interest rate and consumer price index on house brokerage markets by focusing on gradually sluggish housing markets in Jeollabuk-do For methods, a time series multiple regression analysis using Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) was employed in that the number of house brokerage and input variables have characteristics observed in a time series way. This study suggested the improvement schemes of housing brokage market as follows; First, it is necessary to take into account regional differences in terms of population movement, outflow, inflow and aging. Second, house brokerage markets in local cities are affected by gross regional domestic product and consumer price index so that it is important to take a look at changing commodity price as well as varying economic situation. As the patterns of economic development vary according to regions, it is necessary to consider this point from which house brokerage markets could be immensely affected.
Third, the need to forecast the potential effects of urban regeneration new deal projects underway on house brokerage markets should be considered given regional differences.
Lastly, the recession of house brokerage markets can be seen as natural as its value as investment goods is underrated in that there is a right balance between demand and supply of houses in economically advanced South Korea. Against this backdrop, developing both house brokerage markets and real estate management markets will be an important breakthrough like advanced countries.
