Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to represent historical link between technological progress and economic development. Furthermore, the reasons are aimed at presenting the stages of development of technological progress and its contribution to economic development, particularly in changing economic and social life. I want to emphasize that many researchers of scientific thought, technological progress has been learned as one of the root causes of cyclical movement of capitalist economy. Others seek to quantify the share of technological progress in the rate of GDP growth. Also, in this paper are going to be analyzed the importance of technological progress in society and will be given a chronological framework for the role and importance of the scientific and technological revolutions.
The researches has shown that the financing methods of the economic development of developing countries and the international financial system are not adapted and do not fully meet the development needs of these countries. The international development finance system, in within the frameworks, a significant participation have the international financial institutions, they don’t represent adequate supporting instrument for the development of the economies of the developing countries. In particular, this system needs to be reformed. The system has to incorporates the elements of automatism, stability and continuity. This will enable greater intensity and dynamics in the economic growth, as well as improving the quality of this growth in the developing countries.
Industrial relations as a system in economic and social relations transfer those principles that are practiced in a market economy and political democracy. Political democracy, market economy and industrial relations are inseparable. None of these three systems can achieve its real goals if the other two systems fail to achieve theirs. Simply, but also complex, there can be no political democracy and a market economy if there is no efficient and functional system of industrial relations.Апстракт: Индустриските односи како систем во економски и општествени односи ги пренесуваат оние принципи кои се практикуваат во пазарната економија и политичката демократија. Managers in organizations manage autocratic, building a democratic society. Absurd! Building a society means education for democracy, knowledge of managing the structure, but also with the immediate executives in the organization, staffing, resource management, conflict management. In general, it is oriented towards two options - to the execution of tasks and to building good interpersonal relationships in the organization. Both are oriented towards achieving organizational goals. In this way, a general classification in the management styles is made, which are divided into two directions: autocratic styles and democratic styles. The central focus in this paper are the management styles in which the organizational maturity is based and their dependence on the way of resolving the conflict situations that create a conflicting partnership. When one is practiced, and when the other one, on which situational variables depends on it? Both are desirable in certain situations. But in the absence of trust and respect among the human factor (according to certain research), it is managed by an "improperly wrong" style based on the power of the position in the hierarchical pyramid, which satisfies, first of all, its own interests to the detriment of the organizational. It is the source and cause of many conflict situations that create the wrong effects and disincentives of employees.
