PT. Citilink is one of the airlines that applies the LCC concept. Flights that provide cheap ticket prices and minimalist flight services are called LCC. This LCC-based airline offers an increase in the use of flight services in Indonesia. In addition , rivalry is also increasing due to the emergence of many airlines that are included in the category of low cost carriers. An effort that is needed to be able to compete and increase Citilink's sales volume is a promotional strategy and prices that are in line with the purchasing power of the market share. This study intends to partially test the effect of promotion on buying interest, partially test the effect of price on buying interest, test the effect of promotion and price simultaneously on buying interest. This research uses quantitative research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study are Citilink airline service users at El Tari Kupang International Airport. The sampling technique used by the researcher is a non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling with 100 users of Citilink airline services.Furthermore, the data analysis used is multiple analysis, T-test, F-test, coefficient of determination with the SPSS 20The results of this study state that promotions do not affect the buying interest of Citilink airline service users, there is a price effect on Citilink airline service users' buying interest, promotions and prices simultaneously affect the buying interest of Citilink airline service users. Promotion and price factors have an effect of 74.2 on buying interest on Citilink airlines, and the remaining 25.8% are influenced by other factors or other variables that are not known or not included in this study.
Learning Christian Religious Education for Generation Z in the school environment requires right methods that address the needs of this generation. Learners who are classified as Generation Z need to get external guidance that can help them in their learning. This research aims to offer an effort to optimize the learning of Christian Religious Education for Gen Z by utilizing the theory of Robert Mills Gagne. The author uses a qualitative approach in this research, while the method used is descriptive analysis. The author describes and analyzes matters related to Generation Z, the learning process of Christian Religious Education, and the Nine Instructional Event theory before finally drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: Firstly, Generation Z is a generation that is very vulnerable to learning outcomes that are less than optimal and less than maximal due to the characteristics of the generation itself. Secondly, Christian Religious Education teachers have a very important role as an external party to help students in the Gen Z group achieve their abilities. Thirdly, the Nine Instructional Event method can be used, developed, and modified to show the learning process of Christian Religious Education Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen bagi Generasi Z di lingkungan sekolah membutuhkan metode yang tepat dan menjawab kebutuhan generasi tersebut. Peserta Didik yang tergolong usia Generasi Z perlu mendapatkan bimbingan eksternal yang dapat membantunya dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tawaran tentang upaya mengoptimalisasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen bagi Gen Z dengan memanfaatkan teori dari Robert Mills Gagne. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian ini sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Penulis mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan Generasi Z, proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen, dan teori Nine Instructional Event sebelum akhirnya menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang penulis dapatkan menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Generasi Z adalah generasi yang sangat rentan dengan hasil pembelajaran yang kurang optimal dan kurang maksimal karena karakteristik dari generasi itu sendiri. Kedua, guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen memiliki peran yang sangat penting sebagi pihak eksternal untuk membantu peserta didik dalam kelompok Gen Z sehingga dapat meraih kemampuannya. Ketiga, metode Nine Instructional Event dapat digunakan, dikembangkan, dimodifikasi untuk menunjukkan proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen.
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the variables of Product Quality (X1) Service Quality (X2), Price (X3) and Halal Label (X4) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The results of this study show that Product Quality (X1) and Price (X3) variables partially have an influence on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) while Service Quality (X2) and Halal Label (X4) variables partially have no effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) . Then based on the F test, the results obtained 63,934> 2,470 meaning that the variables of Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2), Price (X3) and Halal Label (X4) affect Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Then the value obtained is that the value of R2 (R Square) has an effective contribution of 0.729 (72.9%) which means that 4 variables in this study are Product Quality (X1) Service Quality (X2), Price (X3) and Halal Label (X4). has an effective contribution of 72.9% to Consumer Satisfaction (Y).
Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) merupakan seperangkat alat yang digunakan oleh tenaga kerja untuk melindungi seluruh atau sebagian tubuhnya terhadap kemungkinan adanya potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja pada area kerja. Pengunaan APD sering kali dianggap tidak penting ataupun remeh kedisiplinan para pekerja dalam menggunakan APD tergolong masi rendah sehingga resiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang dapat membahayakan pekerja cukup besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan pengunaan APD terhadap pekerja di PT. Industri Kapal Indonesia (persero) Makassar Kacamatan Tallo, Kota Makassar, Provensi Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 49 orang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan pengetahuan dengan pengguna APD (p=0,05), adanya hubungan sikap dengan penggunaan APD (p=0,01), adanya hubungan tindakan dengan penggunaan APD (p=0,03). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan penggunaan APD pada pekerja pengelasan. Disarankan kepada pekerja agar selalu berperilaku yang baik dengan menggunakan APD sebagaimana mestinya. Tidak mengunakan APD dengan setengah- setengah atau jika hanya ada pengawas karena jika terjadi kecelakaan kerja yang dirugikan adalah kembali lagi kepada pekerja masing-masing. Kecelakaan bisa mengakibatkan cacat yang permanen ataupun kehilangan salah satu anggota tubuh.
