In this time of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) when everyone is looking for the right treatment and the vaccine a psychological effect can really help make the situation better at homes. There is no doubt in an ideology that the human mind is a compelling tool and so powerful that it is well aware about the concept of placebo effect. It somehow convinces the human body that the placebo medication given in the procedure is equivalent to the proper Medication. This paper aims to analyses the placebo effect in curing the pain and its role in curing the symptoms of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) because it is possible that this method may have healed the body of COVID patients. This has been done by considering the related experiments and researches of placebo effect. In this paper conducting the online survey which is help to find the placebo effects on the COVID-19 Patients and taking their opinion towards it and 280 patients for using as a sampling which help to find the approximation of placebo effect on COVID-19 patient. The influences of the placebo effect on the medical business and COVID treatment both have been highlighted. A discussion in futuristic sense about the placebo effect in treatment of COVID-19.
In present time the technological & computing evolution are promoted for new opportunities that will help to improve the standard of life between the new medical accomplishments, in particular and the standard of diagnostic evaluations. MRI is one of the imaging equipment for the diagnosis which has become more beneficial for technological development, because of this and due to the standard of a diagnosis manufacturer, that is one of the most engaging apparatus in the clinical application. The attentiveness in that pathology & in the general the encephalon picture analysis as the preventive diagnosis. The present research paper suggests the evaluation of the ability of ANN for the automatic identification of an ICVA by tissue images density obtained by MRI. In this examination the diagnosis and their medical reports were used to train the ANN classifier which extracted features from the given images. In this stage the ANN significantly contributes to the ICVA of MRI diagnosis aid, so since the test occurrence automatic identification of ischemic lesions that has been performed with the accuracy results that will be false positive and false negative.
Taking into account the complications faced by pupils of speech and hearing impaired, we would like to present a tool that connects the gap in communication and facilitate better interaction. In situations where a spoken person is untrained with sign language, the need is unavoidable for a sign language interpreter in order to setup an interchange of expounding. We propose a system that allows two-way conversation between deaf people and people with other voices. In this paper, we present an efficient prototype in two stages. In the early stages, sign language gestures are fed into the system in real time using the device's computer vision capabilities. These gestures are then recognized using our Deep Neural Network while the fine-tuned hand detection with edge detection algorithm interprets it as text as well as audio. The second stage is to convert the audio to text and optionally display the relevant hand gestures for the same The system can recognize more than 300 sign words in Indian Sign Language. .Key Word: Concurrent Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Sign Language Converter, Computer Vision
Heat Stroke is a kind of medical emergency that can cause severe dehydration and neurological changes as a result multi-organ injuries or failure could be possible. Heat strokes occur when the body temperature exceeds 40 0C due to external heat and humidity. The liver is widely affected by heatstroke that’s why taking care of patients suffering from heatstroke is very important. Various studies have been reported in the literature regarding acute liver failure but none of the studies discussed acute liver failure during the hospital stay. Patients during their hospital stay will have a higher risk of mortality due to heatstroke. In this paper, an analytical study has been done on admitted patients to a government hospital in India. These patients are suffered from heatstroke from April 2007 to September 2011 and a second time period from July 2018 to September 2019. The sample includes 60 patients with 58 (97%) males having a totaled number of 12 fatalities. The observed International Normalized ratio (INR) parameter is greater than 1.6 and no increased mortality has been noticed, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), as well as alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels, were not associated with an increased mortality rate.
