Objetivo: traçar perfis demográfico, epidemiológico, clínico e funcional entre adultos e idosos internados com Covid-19 Brasília-DF. Métodos: Estudo de caráter longitudinal retrospectivo de cunho descritivo, foram avaliados 11.031 prontuários e classificados para compor as análises, 93 destes. Analisou-se gênero, idade, comorbidades subadjacentes, histórico de tabagismo, sinais e sintomas presentes, quantos dias desde o início dos sintomas, dias de internação na enfermaria, análise do hemograma, exames bioquímicos, nível de comprometimento pulmonar e função motora através da escala ICU Mobility Scale (IMS). Resultados: Os idosos foram mais afetados assim como o sexo masculino, os pacientes procuraram auxílio médico em média no sétimo dia e permaneceram internados em média 14 dias. As comorbidades relatadas foram a HAS, DM, obesidade e DPOC e os sinais e sintomas notificados foram em sua maioria, dispneia, tosse, febre e mialgia. Entre adultos e idosos, hematócrito, a ureia e a relação ureia/creatinina demonstraram estarem melhores nos adultos, não havendo diferença significativa entre os grupos em relação à funcionalidade. Conclusão: Vale ressaltar que o elevado nível de ureia e a relação ureia/ creatinina sugerem tempo de internações prolongadas, o que poderia influenciar na evolução de casos graves.
