The article presents the development of method of integrated spatial information processing based on multidimensional data models. Joint description of spatial data of different levels of detail (LOD) using a multidimensional model and attribute data using a relational model is difficult and requires the development of modified structures of multidimensional data models. The description of spatial and attribute data based on multidimensional information objects (MIO) is determined. It is proposed to use a new type of MIO - modified multidimensional information objects (MMIO). MIO and MMIO schemes allow describing multidimensional information objects and relationships in the form of a single multidimensional structure. On the basis of the introduced method of joint description of spatial and attributive data using extended multidimensional information objects, a multidimensional data model is built. This approach allows integrating different types of databases and contains a unified description of spatial and attribute data in the form of a multidimensional information object. The developed method is supposed to be used in BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology of computer modeling to solve general planning tasks.
The lack of clear and accessible information sources, services, platforms, applications or portals on digital business transformation slows down the speed of innovation in domestic entrepreneurship. In turn, this does not allow businesses to integrate with global trends, which complicates access and work in the international economic arena. The identified problems necessitate the development of a methodological approach to the study of digital transformation processes at the enterprise level; polystructural methodological approach to determining the index of digital transformation of business structures on the basis of relevant indicators; design and implementation of a digital platform for small and medium-sized businesses, which would automatically determine the Digital Transformation Index and provide an individual "road map" to improve the digital development of the enterprise. The article presents recent innovative technology for modeling business processes of enterprises based on process management. The paper considers the creation and justification of the updated methodological and analytical tools for assessing, selecting and regulating the production system of administration of an enterprise project portfolio in a single operating management system. The application of the process approach is based on a comprehensive, systematic review of the enterprise as a set of processes, the development of a process management system using the principles of ISO 9000: 2000. The new process approach is proposed that allows excluding routine operations from the actions of employees, increasing the speed of employee interaction, effectively optimizing existing business processes, and quickly rebuilding the enterprise’s business processes in response to significant changes in business conditions. The work identifies executable business processes, proposes a new approach to modeling the business processes of an enterprise, gives examples of problems associated with the new approach, and suggests possible ways to solve them. Criteria for the results of simulated business processes are defined that allow linking the target indicators of a balanced scorecard of the enterprise with the established results of business processes. It is proved that the use of this recent innovative technology for solving scientific and practical problems of enterprise management significantly expands and deepens the possibilities of economic analysis in the process of solving problematic situations and makes management decisions more grounded and effective.
Information systems play an increasing role in achieving the strategic goals of organizations, as they not only provide information processing for departments and end users in the internal environment, but also directly generate products and services based on information and provide a competitive advantage in the market. In modern business conditions, the choice of effective competitive strategy of the enterprise are especially relevant. The proposed approach to the choice of competitive strategy of the enterprise on the criteria of "level of product / technological innovation", "level of demand in the market / segment" provides a choice of hybrid strategies that combine strategic solutions to minimize costs and differentiation. The formed basic provisions and the built conceptual model of processes of formation, choice and realization of competitive strategy of the enterprise which are presented in the form of interrelation of certain subprocesses, allow to increase efficiency of achievement of strategic purposes of enterprise by strengthening efficiency of its strategic process. The variety of existing strategic approaches and methods determines the multivariate formation of enterprise strategies in general and competitive strategy in particular. Given the importance of information management infrastructure of the organization for its operation and development, a model of its construction is proposed.
The innovative content of the components, stages, and results of the construction and implementation of the toolset, which provides a formalized assessment and choice of a rational scenario for reengineering implementation at a modern enterprise in the form of a target project, was displayed. The need for research is caused by the fact that the existing approaches to reengineering business processes in an application for construction enterprises require significant adjustments. The reengineering of a construction enterprise as a target project should be coordinated with the projects and works executed by a construction enterprise. The proposed analytical support makes it possible to determine for each of the construction enterprises an alternative to reengineering adapted for its needs. Modules as part of the proposed analytical support implement a single algorithm of unambiguously formalized substantiation of the construction enterprise renovation project – through a developer reengineering project. This toolset allows rationalizing and adjusting decisions on the coordination of determinative characteristics of the above project – the essence of changes, their duration, estimated cost, investment stages. The presented study provides a clearly formalized management technology for evaluating and selecting reengineering options, determining in advance the future benefits of reengineering transformations, namely, functional-technological, technological, technical, managerial, and economic changes. The created analytical support makes it possible to perform successful administrative support of a reengineering project. Its implementation will ensure an irreversible qualitative "jump" in the trajectory of the life cycle of an enterprise and expected strategic priorities.
