English The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the direct influence of e-WOM variables and viral marketing on visiting interests and visiting decisions for consumers of outdoor nuanced cafes in Malang City in 2018. Determination of the number of samples using the formula Machin and Campbell (1987) with accidental techniques sampling is accidental sampling and qualifies as respondents who meet with researchers. To collect data using a questionnaire and observation. The population in this study are consumers in 3 outdoor shades cafes in Malang. The sample used was 100 people. The analytical method used is variance based SEM using statistical tools Smartpls3.0. Electronic Word of Mouth and viral marketing have a significant effect on visiting interest and visitation decisions as well as visiting interest variables have a significant effect on visiting decisions. Untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen pada 3 kafe nuansa outdoor di Kota Malang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah variance based SEM dengan menggunakan aalat analisis statistik Smartpls3,0. Electronic Word Of Mouth dan viral marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung dan keputusan berkunjung serta variabel minat berkunjung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung.
This study aims to determine how the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) in Islamic banking and the factors that influence it. The disclosure of social responsibility by Islamic banking should refer to disclosure standards based on Islamic principles. The standard used in this study is the Islamic Social Reporting index, which is a reporting framework based on Islamic principles proposed by Haniffa and developed by Haniffa and Hudaib and Othman et al. The results of the study show that the Firm Size and Leverage variables have a significant effect on ISR while Profitability and the composition of the board of commissioners have no significant effect on ISR.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media effectiveness, attractiveness, ticket prices, and tourist service facilities in making someone decide to visit Curug Goa Jalmo, Pasuruan Regency. The samples taken were 133 respondents. Samples taken are visitors to the jalmo cave tour. This research uses quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The type of data in this study is primary data. The results of this study indicate that: the effectiveness of social media has no significant effect on visiting decisions, tourist attraction has a significant effect on visitor decisions, ticket prices have a significant effect on visiting decisions, and tourist service facilities have a significant effect on the decision to visit Curug Goa Jalmo, Pasuruan Regency. _________________________________________________________________ Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari efektivitas media sosial, daya tarik, harga tiket, dan fasilitas pelayanan wisata dalam membuat seseorang memtuskan untuk berkunjung ke Curug Goa Jalmo Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 133 responden. Sampel yang diambil adalah pengunjung wisata curug goa jalmo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : efektivitas media sosial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, daya tarik wisata memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pengunjung, harga tiket berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dan fasilitas pelayanan wisata berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Curug Goa Jalmo Kabupaten Pasuruan.
Large red chili is one of the mainstay agricultural commodities in Karanganyar Village. Production of 85 tons of large red chili can be obtained by farmers, if there is abundant production. Every time the harvest of large red chili is not always perfect, there is often an imperfect shape of chili. Farmers usually call a large red chili reject, with a percentage of 10% (8.5 tons) each time. The price of this large red chili is cheaper than the large red chili that looks perfect. The goal to be achieved in community service activities is to increase the income of the PKK group of women through the processing of various processed large red chilies into powder, shredded rice and sauce. The method is done by using lecture and demonstration methods accompanied by training materials, and delivered directly by conducting demonstration relating to the process of making powder, shredded and sauce starting from the handling of raw materials, how to use production equipment, the process of mixing materials, cooking to packaging. The overall results of partners can make a variety of processed large red chillies and can do the packaging well.
Research aim : This study aims to present or explain the results of a critical review of economic and financial theory used for the National Economic Recovery strategy. Design/Methode/Approach : This study uses a qualitative model with a literature study approach. Research Finding : The digital economy and ecosystem supported by increased financial inclusion are able to accelerate the acceleration of the National Economic Recovery. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research is also a follow-up study that proves that the financial stimulus of the creative industry sector has shifted to the digital economy with increased financial inclusion in it. Practitionel/Policy implication : Aspects in the digital economy (people, economic, and governance) are one unit to support PEN. Research limitation : The limitation of this research lies in the object of research which is only devoted to PEN in Indonesia, not the ASEAN region.
