A pandemia do COVID-19, deflagrada no início de 2020, foi acompanhada por rápida disseminação, taxas de mortalidade sem barreiras sociais e uma corrida científica sem precedentes.Neste cenário mundial o Brasil tem lugar de destaque, pois é o 11º país que mais produziu artigos sobre o assunto. RESUMO:Abordar o papel da educação em saúde para a população e da criação e manutenção de vínculo, em especial com potenciais doadoras de leite materno, é necessário para robustecer o número de doações feitas aos bancos de leite no Brasil. Isso permitirá criar uma noção de responsabilidade social, quanto aos lactentes, principalmente aqueles nos primeiros seis meses de vida, quando o aleitamento materno exclusivo suprirá todas as necessidades nutricionais deles. O estudo consiste em uma revisão bibliográfica de literatura com caráter qualitativo, que utilizou bancos de bases de dados confiáveis como Scielo, Pubmed e a Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, objetivando elucidar sucintamente o impacto positivo de campanhas sobre o aleitamento materno para a oferta de mais saúde a lactentes e demonstrar também o papel conscientizador de campanhas para a resolução de problemas de escala nacional para a saúde pública, incitando atividades que proporcionem espaços emancipadores de ensino e aprendizagem para possíveis doadores.
