<p>Buying and selling online is a transaction that is in high demand by the current millennial generation. The ease, efficiency, variety of choices and various promotions offered are the underlying factors for millennials to make online purchases. This can also be seen from the shift in the style of buying the younger generation from traditional markets to online stores that are increasing. Despite the many advantages and advantages offered, there are some consumers who are less satisfied with their purchases online. That is caused by poor service quality because sometimes the response from the seller to the buyer is quite long. Some sellers who give goods that are not in accordance with the offer also cause public confidence to decline. Based on these phenomena, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust in millennial generation consumers' buying decisions and decisions. This research method uses quantitative methods with a Post positivism approach with Structural Equation Model analysis techniques using the WarpPls 6.0 analysis tool. Service quality and trust as exogenous variables, buying interest and online purchasing decisions as endogenous variables. The object of this research is millennial consumers in the cities of Kudus, Jepara and Pati who purchase goods online with a total sample of 375 respondents. The results showed that trust through interest influenced the online buying decision of 0.293. Trust and interest have a total influence of 0.402. Quality of service through interest affects the decision of 0.143. Service quality and interest have a total influence on online buying decisions of 0.363. This means that trust has a greater influence on buying decisions on digital generation compared to service quality.<em></em></p>
Pasar modal telah menjadi fenomena baru di kehidupan masyarakat dunia. Dalam memutuskan berinvestasi di pasar modal, banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi, seperti persepsi atas risiko, return, ataupun nilai sesuai syariat Islam. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena masalah persepsi oleh investor yang akan berinvestasi di pasar modal, terutama dalam pembelian saham Syariah dari berbagai sudut pandang investor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan mengembangkan sejauh mana persepsi investor pemula dalam membeli saham Syariah di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu mengambil sampel untuk wawancara lebih lanjut dengan sejumlah responden yang berjumlah 17 investor dari berbagai sekuritas. Sehingga peneliti dapat mengumpulkan pemecahaan permasalahan yang dialami oleh seorang investor dalam pembelian saham syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi investor pemula terhadap pembelian saham Syariah di Indonesia dilihat dari beberapa indikator, seperti neutral information, accounting information, dan social relevance, yang mana ketiga indikator tersebut menghasilkan persepsi oleh investor pemula, yaitu kegiatan perusahaan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Syariah, sebagai bentuk dukungan dalam memajukan perekonomian Indonesia, dan pola berfikir fundamental. Sehingga akan memberikan pengaruh kepada investor pemula dalam pengambilan keputusan terhadap pembelian saham Syariah di Indonesia.
<p><em>This research </em><em>aims to determine an influence of understanding of students of IAIN Kudus through the game of saving stock go to the decision to buy Islamic shares. The research approach uses a quantitative approach with the path analysis method through the warpPLS 6.0 application. Literacy as an independent variable is a buying decision as an dependent variable and game media as an intervening variable. The subjects in this study were 100 students of IAIN Kudus using purposive random sampling technique. The results showed that there is an influence of literacy through games on purchasing decisions with a significance of 0.003. The indirect effect is 0.192 and the total effect is 0.569. This means that literacy through the savings game go stock has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy Islamic stocks.</em></p>
<p>The development of online business has increased very rapidly in 2019. Many people who prefer to buy goods online rather than directly. This is a result of the development of increasingly sophisticated technology with the many features of buying and selling online applications. The presence of online stores that make lifestyle changes in society. Ease and efficiency are the main factors in the people's preference for online transactions. Based on that, the purpose of this study is to analyze the obstacles and constraints of MSMEs to join the online store. After getting the results of the analysis then formulate a development strategy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research object that is the village of Padurenan. The village was chosen because the MSMEs that have been established are very large for the size of one village of 92 units. The results showed that the padurenan village had made a digital village in 2017. The village was able to support from various parties, but when the members were decreasing and there were only 2 MSME members left. The strategy will be developed also by using the principles of Islamic business ethics. Online sales are based on transparency, honesty and fairness. This encourages the realization of sharia maqasid in doing business in the MSME sector.</p>
<p><em>This study aims to determine the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in supervising Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperatives (KSPPS) so that operations do not come out of sharia provisions. Sharia Supervisory Board includes legal assistants who have the duty to ensure and conduct supervision so that Sharia Financial Institutions are in sharia provisions. Savings and Loan Cooperatives and Sharia Financing are financial institutions that are socially based and in their activities are based on moral principles by considering haram and lawfulness of a business that is run in accordance with Islamic regulations. The method used to conduct this research is qualitative. The data source uses secondary data and primary data by collecting data in the form of interviews and documents. Based on the results of observations on KSPPS Berkah Abadi Gemilang that Supervision conducted by DPS there is still an obstacle that causes less optimal supervision, namely members of sharia supervisors who do not understand muamalah fiqh, mastery of economics and DPS rarely make office visits. In addition, one member of the DPS also does not yet have a certificate of proof of passing the exam from DSN-MUI or other standard certificates, in this case at least the results of the certificate provide a guarantee that the Sharia Supervisory Board has passed the feasibility test to become the Sharia Supervisory Board. KSPPS Berkah Abadi Gemilang in practice also still has errors, the Ba'I Bi'saman Ajil contract which is supposed to be a sale and purchase agreement but made as a financing and error in determining the margin based on the presentation of the money lent.</em></p>
