Background: Proximal humerus fractures occur in children of all ages, from newborn babies to teenagers, accounting for about 2% of all childhood fractures, with the highest occurrence among the ages of 11 and 15. Aim of work: To review and evaluate the outcomes of operative procedure of surgical neck-humerus fractures in children and adolescents using closed reductions and percutaneous pinning.
