Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana makna inovasi dalam pandangan pengurus koperasi se-Bandung Raya khususnya pada era revolusi industri 4.0. Hal ini muncul dari adanya persaingan yang semakin ketat dalam berinovasi baik regional, nasional, maupun internasional di era revolusi industri 4.0. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif jenis fenomenologi. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makna inovasi dalam pandangan pengurus koperasi se-Bandung Raya khususnya pada era revolusi industri 4.0 ada tiga, yaitu : (1) inovasi dalam pandangan pengurus koperasi se-Bandung Raya sebagai meningkatkan produktivitas, (2) inovasi dalam pandangan pengurus koperasi se-Bandung Raya sebagai kebutuhan pelanggan, dan (3) inovasi dalam pandangan pengurus koperasi se-Bandung Raya sebagai cara dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah inovasi pada era revolusi industri 4.0 bagi pengurus koperasi se-Bandung Raya merupakan keniscayaa dalam rangka mempertahankan eksistensi koperasi di era revolusi industri 4.0.
Students’ learning activities cannot be separated from various factors. The purpose of this study was to determine how project citizen model developed students' pro-social awareness. This study was motivated by diminishing pro- social awareness among students. This study was conducted qualitatively by using case study. The results showed that through project citizen model, students' pro-social awareness could develop. Besides, project citizen model could help students think critically about social reality. This study recommended to maximize the use of project citizen as a learning model that could develop various potencies of students.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the improvement of the quality of Human Resources is an absolute requirement so that the competence of the younger generation is able to compete inclusively in the era of society 5.0 and the industrial revolution 4.0 with special needs that cannot be separated from the influence of communication through technological sophistication and renewal. The communication function is a step in improving the quality of resources that are neatly integrated in the economic education of the younger generation. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research, by obtaining as complete information as possible through interviews, observation and documentation studies. This research was conducted in a higher education in Bandung. The findings of the research inform that the implementation of the communication function for the realization of superior HR in the 5.0 era in Economics education is 1) not maximally felt, so there is still a lot of need for guidance in the realization of superior HR in the 5.0 era, 2) the embodiment of superior HR in the 5.0 era has excellent programs from the field of education 3) improving the quality of entrepreneurs and superior human resource performance in the 5.0 era.
Online learning is now widely applied in universities, including in the entrepreneurship courses. However, the effectiveness of the learning is still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of learning entrepreneurship courses during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method was descriptive quantitative with an evaluation approach. The population in this study were 90 students of Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) study program who participated in entrepreneurship learning at a university in Bandung, West Java. The research instrument was questions related to entrepreneurship materials. The results showed that from before being given treatment on the nature of entrepreneurship, an average score of 187 was obtained, and it increased after being given treatment to 222.17. Moreover, based on the significance test, it is also known that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) shows a score of 0.000 which means it is smaller than 0.05. This means that online entrepreneurship learning by using online media has a significant effect or can be said to be effective to be given to students, especially in the cognitive aspect.
