Данная работа показывает возможности и некоторые преимущества применения метода расщепления и спектральных вычислительных методов Галеркина к решению важных задач региональной экологии. Рассматривается общая постановка задачи анализа и прогноза экологической ситуации в регионе в рамках системы уравнений термогидродинамики квазигеострофической и гидростатической атмосферы и системы уравнений переноса экологически вредных примесей в виде трехфазных аэрозолей. В работе рассматривается мезометеорологическая задача для плоской Земли в системе координат (t, x, y, p). Краевые условия заданы в первом приближении при p = p 0 (на поверхности земли) и p = 0 (на верхней границе тропосферы) для вертикальной составляющей скорости. Для более точной постановки краевых условий необходим учет влияния динамики пограничного слоя атмосферы на процессы в свободной атмосфере. Для упрощения системы уравнений задачи и численного решения используются аналитические методы расщепления. Проведен качественный анализ влияния стратификации атмосферы на динамику атмосферных процессов региона. Получены математические постановки задач расчета метеорологических элементов атмосферы (давления, температуры, вертикальной скорости) для расщепленных уравнений, заданных в виде краевых задач для эллиптических уравнений с вырождением по вертикальной координате. Для решения полученных расщепленных задач используется спектральный метод Галеркина. Координатные функции найдены на основе решения спектральной задачи для вырождающихся по вертикали дифференциальных операторов. Полученные собственные функции преобразованы в координатные функции метода Галеркина. Приведены схемы решения неоднородных задач региональной экологии. Предложен алгоритм приближенного решения задач региональной экологии.
