According to the study's findings, the ratios of debt to equity (DER), debt to assets (DAR), and risk-based capital (RBC) all affect return on assets at the same time (ROA). This research was conducted to look at the ratios of risk-based capital (RBC) to return on assets (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), and debt to asset ratio (DAR) in general insurance businesses for the years 2015 through 2021. This kind of study employs a quantitative methodology and secondary data sources. Financial statements are the source of the data. The general insurance businesses are the study's population. Analysis is conducted using multiple regression. The IBM SPSS Statistics 25 statistical application is used by the researcher. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) significantly influences Return on Assets in a favorable way (ROA).
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, asset growth, operating leverage and sales stability on the capital structure and firm value. The company value in this study was published with Tobin Q. The population of this study were all manufacturing companies reported on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. In accordance with the selection criteria, there are 46 filtered sample companies. The analysis technique that used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of hypothesis indicate profitability and sales that are significant to the capital structure while increasing performance and leverage of operations do not have a significant effect on capital structure. Profitability, asset growth, sales stability have a significant effect on firm value while operating leverage does not involve significance to firm value. Profitability and influence of sales have a significant effect on firm value through capital structure, while yield growth and operating leverage are opposite.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Citra Perusahaan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Pasar Buton. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Variabel dependen pada penilitian ini yaitu Kepuasan Nasabah dan variabel independen yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan dan Citra Perusahaan. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan (uji F) kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahan memiliki pengaruh dengan nilai signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Dan hasil uji t variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan tingkat signifikan positif lebih kecil. Variabel citra perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan tingkat signifikan positif.
