Business Development Strategy Certified Rice Seed On Subak Guama, Marga District, Tabanan RegencyThe increasing rate of population growth led to increased demand for food. In order to achieve food security, the use of certified seeds is one of the factors that influence the improvement of yield and quality of production. Attempt to capture these opportunities, Subak Guama need to make strategic business development of certified rice seed. The purpose of research is to investigate alternative strategies and priorities appropriate strategies run by Subak Guama in the development of certified rice seed business. The research location was at Subak Guama. Respondents were selected purposively regarding their expertise and knowledge of the research. Primary data were collected focus group discussions, surveys, and in-depth interviews. Secondary data were collected from publications. Formulation of alternative strategies and priority strategies using SWOT matrix analysis and analysis QSPM.The results show alternative strategies of business development certified rice seed include: 1) expand market share in order to meet the potential needs of seeds, 2) the formation of youth groups farmer, 3) improving the quality of human resources, 4) empowerment of farmers through the capital strengthening farming 5) integrated pest and disease control, and 6) optimization of the certified rice seed business. The result also shows that the priority strategy selected is capital strengthening farming. In supporting the development of business certified rice seed, members of Subak Guama is expected to strengthen the capital to apply for credit farming through financial institutions/banks so as to increase production and develop products seed varieties vary, increase access to a wider market so as to maintain its market position has been achieved, as well as more effective cooperation between farmers with KUAT Subak Guama.
Penilaian atau pengukuran kinerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam peusahaan. Terjaminnya suatu kinerja perusahaan berlangsung dengan baik, maka perlu melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan UD Limas Mertha Mandiri (UD. LMM) dengan pendekatan balanced scorecard. UD. LMM selaku perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang suplier sembako (hasil pertanian). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode sensus sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 38 yang terdiri dari 18 karyawan dan 20 pelanggan tetap. Di dalam melakukan evaluasi tersebut diperlukan suatu standar pengukuran kinerja yang tepat, tidak hanya berorientasi pada sektor keuangan namun juga sektor non keuangan. Di mana yang dimaksudkan yaitu perhitungan yang menggunakan metode pendekatan Balanced Scorecard. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perspektif keuangan dinilai cukup baik karena diukur dengan menggunakan lima rasio yaitu, rasio likuiditas, rasio profitabilitas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio leverage, dan rasio aktivitas. (2) perspektif pelanggan berada pada kriteria baik karena mampu memenuhi harapan yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan. (3) perspekif proses bisnis internal dinilai baik karena waktu memproses transaksi pemesanan berjalan dengan efektif. (4) perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan berada pada kriteria baik dikarenakan tingkat produktivitas karyawan mengalami peningkatan dan pendapatan bersih. Saran yang bisa diberikan kepada peneliti selanjutnya adalah meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan SWOT agar kinerja perusahaan lebih terukur.
ANALYSIS OF COMPANY PERFORMANCE OF CV. BALI INDAH WITH BALANCED SCORECARD METHODBusiness competition has raised the work standard in various dimensions such as quality, cost, and smooth operation. The challenge caused by the increasing competition is that companies or institutions will do anything that is considered important for strategic competitiveness and overall business improvement. That is, companies will always compete to attract customers by offering various facilities at competitive prices. This situation will obviously encourage the management to make certain strategies in order to win the competition and achieve companies ultimate goals. This study entitled "Analysis of Company Performance of CV. Bali Indah with Balanced Scorecard method. The company's performance is looked from four perspectives of Balanced Scorecard namely financial perspective, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth. The aim of this study is to analyze the performance of CV. Bali Indah based on the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard.The Performance of CV. Bali Indah from a financial perspective in this study were assessed using Liquidity Ratio (current ratio and quick ratio), Profitability Ratio (net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity), Solvency Ratio (total asset to debt ratio and networth to debt ratio), Leverage ratio (total debt total assets ratio and total debt to equity ratio) and Activity Ratio (total assets turn over). The performance of costumer perspective used the customer acquisition and customer satisfaction index. Internal business process performance was assessed by using Manufacturing Cycle Effectiveness (MCE). The performance assessment of learning and growth perspective was done by assessing the capability of employees by measuring employee productivity and employee satisfaction index.Based on the study findings, it can be concluded that CV. Bali Indah from Financial Perspective of the year 2011-2014 is rated good. From the customer perspective, customer acquisition fluctuated and customer satisfaction index results arevery good (customers were satisfied with their transactions with CV. Bali Indah). Marketing requires more than just developing a good product, set an attractive price, offering an affordable prices, but also need to promote the product itself. The success of a marketing program also determined by promotion mix. This research aimed to analyzed the influence of promotion mix cost simultaneously, partially and the most dominantly variable toward the sales turnover of agribusiness company in Denpasar. The research method was used descriptive statistics. Through descriptive statistical analysis will be described and described characteristic table of respondents, while the influence of promotion mix cost to sales turnover using multiple linear regression analysed using the help of SPSS program version 22.0. Based on multiple linear analysis, the results of research showed promotion mix variables give simultaneous positive and significant effect toward the sales turnover p ≤ 0.05 with determination coefficient 0.575 or 57.5 %. Partially, all of five variables promotional mix showed that the cost of advertising, cost of personal selling, cost of sales promotion and cost of direct marketing give significant affect, while the variable cost of public relations showed insignificant results. The most dominant variable affecting the sales turnover is the cost of sales promotion with standardized beta coefficient point to 0.463. Suggestions that can be given by the author to agribusiness entrepreneurs in Denpasar in order to implement promotional mix cost policies that are appropriate in the future to be in accordance with the capabilities and budget owned by the company. The combination of the five components of the promotional mix costs is still carried out, but must pay attention and consider allocating funds efficiently into the promotional mix costs so that the company does not experience losses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh biaya bauran promosi secara simultan, parsial dan variabel yang paling dominan terhadap omset penjualan perusahaan agribisnis di Denpasar. Metode penelitian menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Melalui analisis statistik deskriptif akan diuraikan dan diuraikan tabel karakteristik responden, sedangkan pengaruh biaya bauran promosi terhadap omset penjualan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 22.0. Berdasarkan analisis linier berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel bauran promosi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap omset penjualan p ≤ 0,05 dengan koefisien determinasi 0,575 atau 57,5%. Vanili Indonesia terkususnya Bali mempunyai nilai jual yang tinggi, dan memiliki potensi sebagai komoditi ekspor yang dapat memberikan keuntungan besar bagi petani dan pengelola perkebunan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis kelayakan dan kinerja antara usahatani vanili menggunakan pola tanam konvensional dan modern di daerah Bali. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Tabanan untuk usahatani pola konvensional dan di Kabupaten Badung untuk usahatani vanili pola modern. Pemilihan lokasi ditentukan secara purposive sampling berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) produktivitas usahatani pola konvensional dibandingkan dengan pola modern sebesar 1:9, (2) Analisis kelayakan usaha kepada kedua usahatani tersebut layak dilaksanakan dimana net present value lebih besar dari nol, net B/C lebih besar dari satu. IRR lebih besar dari suku bunga yang berlaku yaitu 12% dan payback period yang pendek. (3) Hasil perbandingan kinerja dan kelayakan kedua usahatani vanili tersebut menunjukkan bahwa usahatani vanili pola modern lebih unggul jika dibandingkan dengan usahatani pola konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa usahatani pola modern layak untuk direkomendasikan dan menjadi pilihan utama. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk para pemangku kepentingan agar menggunakan usahatani vanili pola modern karena kemapuan kinerja dan prospek pengembangan yang baik sehingga menjadi pilihan utama.
