AbstrakMunculnya filsafat positivistik yang menjunjung tinggi penalaran inderawi dan ilmu pengetahuan menjadi awal kelahiran zaman modern. Akan tetapi, kelahiran zaman ini tidak serta merta membawa manusia ke dalam tatanan hidup yang lebih baik. Justru meninggalkan berbagai masalah kemanusiaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan eksplanasi mengenai kegagalan modernisme didalam membawa manusia ke tahap yang lebih baik. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah studi kualitatif-eksploratif dengan fokus “literature review”. Modernisme menciptakan berbagai dampak kemanusiaan, seperti terjadinya “holocaust” atau “human waste”. Tragedi ini terjadi dilatarbelakangi oleh rasionalisme, konformitas dan terciptanya mekanisme otoritas legal rasional. Modernisme adalah fakta tentang kemajuan manusia yang justru membawa manusia pada penciptaan tragedi kemanusiaan.Kata kunci: positivistik, manusia, modernisme
Rasionalitas menandai lahirnya sistem modernitas “padat” yang bercirikan progresivitas, kaku, sistematik dan rigid. Realitas ini membawa manusia pada pola pikir kalkulatif dan purifikatif. Namun, lahirnya modernitas padat sebagai suatu realitas justru melahirkan masalah kemanusiaan. Karena itulah, sebagai respon dari kegagalan era solid modernity, maka tercipta antitesa yang dinamakan modernitas “cair”. Metode penulisan dalam artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan, dengan membaca beragama literatur yang berkaitan dengan teori Zygmunt Bauman. Dalam artikel ini juga dilakukan kajian pustaka untuk melakukan analisis sekaligus komparasi terkait penelitian atau terminologi tertentu yang berkaitan dengan ide tulisan ini. Kelahiran modernitas “cair” justru melahirkan permasalahan baru, karena manusia yang sudah tidak lagi dikuasai oleh kekuatan negara, justru dikendalikan oleh soft power, inilah yang menyebabkan manusia era sekarang menjadi sulit mendefinisikan dirinya sendiri, serta terombang-ambing dalam realitas sosial yang semakin tidak pasti. Manusia dipaksa untuk berkompetisi dalam upaya memenangkan rekognisi sosial. era ini juga menandaan manusia yang dikendalikan oleh kekuatan “halus” atau soft power, yang mengonstruksi cara berpikir dan bertindak entitas korporeal saat ini. 21st Century Learning with the presence of various technologies in the world of education, requires students to be creative, innovative, think critically and metacognitive and so that students have the ability to communicate and work collaboratively, with the hope that the knowledge and skills acquired can be used as provisions for living in a society that has character both locally and globally and can be personally and socially responsible. Religious character development can be done through Hindu religious education. Hindu religious education is a way of life that contains a number of ideas, values and norms that should be a guide in thinking, speaking and behaving, in order to realize the harmony of its people in all dimensions.
Bali as a tourist attraction has tremendous potential to be developed as a tourist attraction, one of which is a spiritual tourist attraction. The many temples in Bali can be developed as a spiritual tourism attraction, one of the famous temples is Pucak Bukit Sinunggal Temple which is in Tajun Village, Buleleng Regency. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential for spiritual tourism with SWOT analysis at Pucak Bukit Sinunggal Temple. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach with swot analysis with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. With the research location at Pucak Bukit Sinunggal Temple, Tajun Village, Kubutambahan District, Buleleng Regency. The results of this study indicate that the sacred area of Pucak Bukit Sinunggal Temple is located on the main mandala which is bordered by a wall of penyengker which is located on Pucak Bukit Sinunggal. The potential attraction of spiritual tourism consists of physical and non-physical attractions. Physical attractiveness can be seen from the temple building or pelinggih, while non-physical potential can be seen from the status of the temple as a public temple, religious activities carried out at Pucak Bukit Sinunggal Temple such as piodalan, galungan, brass, siwalatri and meajar-ajar ceremonies. Aspects of the strength of Pucak Bukit Sinunggal Temple as a spiritual tourist attraction such as, the famous history of the temple, geographical location, temple status, cleanliness of the temple area, adequate security and good accessibility. While the aspects of weakness are lack of accommodation, less parking area, information facilities not yet available, lack of public awareness of spiritual tourism and not yet registered with the tourism agency. The conclusions from this study include that the main mandala is the sacred area of Pucak Bukit Sinunggal Temple, physical and non-physical potential is a spiritual tourism attraction, there are several opportunities that need to be developed and weaknesses that need to be fixed.
The purpose of this study is to explain that there is a linearity between the conceptions of Jnana Marga Yoga and jengah as a local narrative in an effort to build a learning mentality as well as the resilience capability of learners to face the reality and dynamics of the 21st century. This study found the fact that verstehen paradigm in collaboration with Hindu religious propositions (Jnana Marga Yoga) + local cultural values (jengah) + pasraman existence = academic resilience (learning ethos, not quickly satisfied, not quick to give up, has a desire to grow) which is applied in the world of education. The presence of Jnana Marga Yoga and Jengah as a compendium will be more organized by institutionalizing these teachings in local educational institutions with Hindu religious based, known as Pasraman. With the presence of Pasraman, the teachings of science and resilience skills will be well organized and systematized, as an effort to deal with the reality, fluctuations and dynamics of the 21st century.
