A sexualidade é considerada um importante pilar dentro da qualidade de vida pela Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) por ser um aspecto que acompanha toda a vida do ser humano. Qualquer disfunção que interfira no conforto e na vivência da sexualidade colabora para uma maior dificuldade e transtorno no âmbito afetivo, emocional e social do indivíduo. O objetivo do estudo foi avaliar o nível de satisfação sexual, qualidade vida geral e aspectos sociodemográficos de mulheres no pós-parto. A pesquisa foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa, protocolo (Nº 3.635.266). Trata-se de um estudo transversal observacional realizado na Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) Pastor Jonas, em Pimenta Bueno/RO. Amostra composta por 39 mulheres com idade média de 24 anos (± 4,05), no pós-parto de 6 a 12 meses. Foram utilizados três questionários: o sociodemográfico, Quociente Sexual Feminino (QSF) para avaliar a satisfação sexual feminina, e o questionário SF-36 (qualidade de vida). Em relação ao nível de satisfação sexual observou-se que apenas 28,20% das mulheres apresentaram um score de bom a excelente, sendo 2,56% da amostra apresentou um score ruim; 5,12% desconfortável; 28,20% regular e 35,89% bom. Detectou-se ainda a prevalência de dor durante relação sexual, sendo que 21% das mulheres já apresentavam esses sintomas antes da gestação, aumentando para 36% no período gestacional e 64% no período pós-parto. Notou-se impacto negativo na qualidade de vida e satisfação sexual. Pode-se considerar fatores associados como aspectos culturais e emocionais (religião, autoestima, vergonha, falta de diálogo com o parceiro), falta de autoconhecimento corporal, amamentação, uso de anticoncepcionais, não prática de atividade física e sobrecarga de trabalho.
Dentre os efeitos indesejados da mastectomia que podem interferir na funcionalidade estão: lesões musculares e nervosas, hemorragias, complicações cicatriciais, parestesia, diminuição de ADM, alterações posturais, diminuição da força muscular, dor, linfedema no membro operado. (RETT et al., 2013). O objetivo do estudo foi avaliar os efeitos da intervenção fisioterapêutica no pós-operatório de câncer de mama. O tratamento iniciouse após o consentimento da paciente por meio do TCLE no projeto de extensão de câncer de mama na clínica escola de fisioterapia da FACIMED. Foi realizado avaliação funcional, com base no "Protocolo de avaliação fisioterapêutica no póscirúrgico de câncer de mama". A avaliação da qualidade de vida foi realizada através do questionário (FACT-B+4). A intervenção envolveu exercícios de cinesioterapia ativo-assistidos e ativos para ganho de ADM de MMSS, mobilização articular tipo Maitland em glenoumeral e escapulotoracica para analgesia e ganho de ADM; liberação miofascial na musculatura envolvida, drenagem linfática para prevenção de edema, liberação cicatricial com finalidade de tratar fibrose cicatricial, exercícios de fortalecimento muscular e exercícios aeróbicos. Os dados foram coletados no decorrer de um ano de intervenção fisioterapêutica. Acerca dos resultados, foi possível observar aumento da ADM para flexão anterior e abdução do ombro, sobre a perimetria não houve linfedema, a respeito da qualidade de vida observou-se aumento na pontuação do questionário FACT-B+4 de 128 para 144, sendo a avaliação final próximo do limite de pontuação máxima que é 148. Por meio desse trabalho foi possível constatar a recuperação da funcionalidade, melhora da autoestima e consequentemente melhora da qualidade de vida.
