This makes the technology becomes one of necessary in people's life. The utilization of technology has been used by all people in all aspects of life. Specifically, this paper tries to offer an innovation that has never been designed before, namely a platform of M-Learning in form of social media related to the development of technology for learning. Nowadays, internet users and smartphone ownership in Indonesia increased dramatically, then writers took initiative to design an innovation related to this case. Social media technologies provide the opportunity for teachers to engage students in online classes, thereby supporting the development of skills and learners to achieve competency. In addition to students, the opportunity is also open to outside the community to get information that can add knowledge. This case study provides a platform for M-Learning based learning that facilitate student learning also helps society size to obtain information more easily. The design of this platform using models UML (Unified Modeling Language) to design a visual model of this platform.
- This study aims to produce software in the form of a Cancer Diagnosis Expert System using a system capable of managing the implementation of general disease diagnosis input in humans, namely registration, filling in symptoms of disease, early diagnosis, and given drugs. This research also tested the feasibility level of the software that has been made. The system development method uses the waterfall method with a 4-stage design, namely Analysis, Design, Coding and Testing. Meanwhile, the method of finding / drawing conclusions is the forward chaining method.. Software testing is done through black-box testing, McCall's Quality Factor as an indicator to determine the feasibility of the software with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. Interviews and questionnaires are techniques used to collect data, while data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive analysis. The web-based expert system for diagnosing rice plant diseases that has been developed has the advantage of ease of access and ease of use. With its web-based features, the expert system for cancer diagnosis that has been built can be used as a tool for diagnosing various types of cancer and can be accessed by anyone. Keywords - Expert System, Cancer Disease, Diagnosis, Forward Chaining
In this era of globalization, information technology is very important in the need for accurate, precise and fast information in presenting very complete data and this is one of its important objectives. For this reason, information technology plays an active role in all fields, especially this time in presenting data about Minahasa Regent unemployment that searching for a job, and all information relating to it. The development of internet technology, society is increasingly facilitated in doing several processes, one example is registration of prospective This study uses a Prototype development model that has 3 Stages, namely Listening to Customers, Building to improve prototypes, Customers testing prototypes. Application trials are conducted using Black Box Testing where there are 3 types of trials conducted by the author, namely Developer Test, User admin test, User community test workers who can done by opening the company’s website or job vacancy provider services. Primary data collection is done by in-depth interviews using open-ended questions and observation with critical incident techniques. In this study it was concluded that, Web-based Information System Design, is actually very necessary to find out various kinds of unemployment data and activities around Minahasa Regent. This process made easier because of registrants do not have to come directly to the company or service the provider of the vacancy in question to do the registration process so will automatically save time and costs issued by the registrant. This research will developing a software design and manufacturing web-based process that can do registration and selection of recruitment of prospective workers work online. Also provided information services for prospective workers, among other things, look at the announcement of vacancies work, see the results of the selection of admission of candidates online workforce. So the process recruitment of prospective workers by companies that concerned can be held more transparent, and able to increase interest from prospective workers because of the ease of the process registration.
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic which limits humans from interacting directly, the trade sector, in this case buying and selling in traditional markets, is hampered. Therefore, the researcher took the initiative to create an innovation, namely an Android-based E-Market Information System application that helps improve the community's economy during the COVID-19 pandemic, while providing an alternative to digital sales when entering the new normal period. In this study also tested the feasibility level of the software that has been made. This research method is Design and Build using the system development method with the Waterfall model. Software testing is done through black-box testing, McCall's Quality Factor as an indicator to determine the level of software feasibility with a measurement scale using a Likert Scale. Interviews and questionnaires are techniques used to collect data, while data analysis techniques use descriptive quantitative analysis. The mandatory output targeted for this research is developing an E-Market information system in Minahasa. In addition, the results of this study are to be published in an International Journal, namely the Journal of Mobile Computing and Multimedia Communications as an additional output
