Kepentingan politik dan ekonomi diperuncing menjadi masalah agama banyak terjadi di Indonesia. Bahkan pertentangan dengan latar belakang agama di Jawa Timur sangat tinggi terjadi dan masyarakat Jawa Timur menduduki peringkat kedua sebagai masyarakat intoleran di Indonesia.Namun tidak demikian di Desa Resapombo yang multiagama mereka hidup rukun dan berdampingan tanpa adanya konflik terbuka di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini mengambil fokus penelitian dengan mengacu pada bagaimana peran BPD dan LPMD dimaknai oleh masyarakat Desa Resapombo dalam mengelola kerukunan antar umat beragama. Penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif interaksi simbolik Blumer yaitu interaksi sosial dapat dipahami melalui makna yang ditafsirkan oleh aktornya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi.Di dalam membina kerukunan antar umat beragama terjadi proses sosial yang panjang dan menjadi membudaya saat ini dan dimaknai atau ditafsirkan sendiri oleh pelakunya dan itu dapat dikatan sebagai kearifan localdalampoltik mereka sendiri. Proses sosial itu dapat berupa beberapa kegiatan yang bersifat kegotongroyongan dan musyawarah mufakat.Dengan adanya lembaga resmi desa berupa BPD dan LPMD yang menjadi tempat akomodatif untuk menampung semua kepentingan politik di tingkat desa.
The city of Blitar, also known as Patria City, was legally established on April 1st , 1906. In its development, the momentum was then declared as Blitar City anniversary. In this city place lies Bung Karno, the Proclaimer, first President of Indonesia, the great ideologist and thinker of the world who is admired by boot Indonesian society and the world community. The city of Blitar is also one of the historic places for the Indonesian Nation, where prior to the proclamation of this place has been called for the independence of Indonesia followed by raising the red and white which then led to PETA rebellion by Sudanco Soeprijadi. Nevertheles, the number of juvenile delinquency jumped high in SMPN 5 Blitar ias a complex school adjacent to school SMPN 3, 5 and 6 often do deviant acts on a daily basis. The acts of deviation referred to here is an act that violates the rules or regulations in school such as smooking, ditching during class hours, and fighting on a daily basis. The method used in this research by using qualitative research approach. The results showed that Bandura, friends who stated that friend have a very big impact on one’s behaviour because one can learn everything comes from the observation of others (observational learning).
Heutagogy skills are needed by students to take part in the e-learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study examines the measurement model and proved the influence of e-learning towards self-directed, self-regulated, and self-determined learning skills. This research uses a survey method, the data is collected through an online questionnaire which shared with 232 respondents. The research instrument validity was tested by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and reliability test by calculating Cronc’bach value. Path Analysis with AMOS 21.0 was used to analyze the relationship between variables. The result confirms that e-learning significantly affected self-regulated learning. Meanwhile, self-regulated learning has a significant effect on self-determined. Path analysis result indicated that e-learning significantly affected self-determined learning if self-directed and self-regulated learning is first developed. The results of this study also provided an empirical basis for other researchers who want to develop independent learning in students through e-learning. Indicators in self-directed learning can be developed in an online learning process, hence, it can be observed directly on student learning outcomes.
