Introdução: A síndrome antifosfolipídica é uma condição autoimune trombótica que causa morbidade na gravidez, nos últimos anos houve um aumento dos casos. O desenvolvimento desta doença está relacionado à presença de anticorpos antifosfolipídicos, que é o principal fator de risco desencadeante. O diagnóstico precoce e a gestão adequada previnem complicações relacionadas à morbidade e mortalidade maternal e fetal.Objetivo: Determinar as complicações da síndrome antifosfolipídica na gravidez e seu manejo.Métodos: Através de uma revisão da literatura em mecanismos de busca científica como PubMed, Lilacs e Scopus, foram usadas palavras-chave relacionadas à síndrome antifosfolipídica e complicações na gravidez, coletadas do DeCS e MESH. Os dados obtidos foram provenientes dos últimos 5 anos de publicação, os quais foram posteriormente analisados.Resultados: As complicações deste evento em mulheres grávidas encontradas principalmente são aborto, morte fetal, trombose, nascimento prematuro, pré-eclâmpsia, eclampsia, síndrome HELLP, restrição do crescimento fetal, mortalidade neonatal, perda fetal tardia. Da mesma forma, a terapia dupla com heparina e aspirina de baixo peso molecular, ou terapia combinada de enoxaparina, levodopa e aspirina é recomendada para reduzir a ocorrência de complicações.Conclusões: A identificação das características clínicas da SAF, são essenciais para poder prevenir complicações que possam comprometer o feto e a mãe, portanto, um manejo adequado com anticoagulantes deve ser considerado na identificação deste evento.
Introducción: La preeclampsia es una condición hipertensiva que afecta negativamente a la gestante y feto, pues produce complicaciones como la morbilidad y mortalidad. El ácido úrico cumple un papel en el desarrollo de preeclampsia, aunque aún no existe evidencia sólida que soporte esta teoría. Este parámetro es una herramienta adicional en el tamizaje de preeclampsia, que permite al personal de salud identificar y tratar precozmente esta complicación Objetivo: Describir la hiperuricemia como predictor y herramienta de tamizaje para preeclampsia Método: Se realizó la revisión en diferentes bases de datos como Pubmed, Scopus y LILACS, usando palabras claves obtenidas en Descriptores de la Salud en español y en ingles se empleó Medical Subject Headings. Tras la búsqueda y filtración de resultados obtenidos se selecciono 8 artículos que han sido analizados correspondientemente. Resultado: La elevación de la concentración de ácido úrico sérico precedida de un estado hipertensivo en las mujeres gestantes, especialmente durante el primer trimestre, sobre todo en embarazos complicados y con alto riesgo de desarrollar preeclampsia. Además, se ha planteado que la medición de este y otros biomarcadores que contribuyen al estrés oxidativo, pueden ayudar a el control y tratamiento temprano de la enfermedad. Conclusión: La hiperuricemia puede ser útil como predictor y herramienta de tamizaje para la preeclampsia, permitiendo determinar la gravedad de la patología y la aparición de complicaciones.
