Hospital Universitario del Caribe with history of five months consistent in the excessive growth of a mass in right breast; patient received radical mastectomy plus reconstruction with latissimus dorsi muscle flap. Following excision of tumor mass of 6,500 g is performed immunohistochemical diagnosis of a giant pleomorphic sarcoma.
