It is determined that in economic science there is no single approach to the interpretation of the concept of 'innovation'. It is suggested that taking into account the radical changes that are in the world economy today it is necessary to use the extended concept of innovation, which should be understood as the results of the development transformation, research, ideas and their combination into a radically new or improved technological, economic, social solution, the results of which can be applied in practice. The main indicators that determine the level of innovation development of a country or region and provide an opportunity to determine the impact on economic development are covered. The place of Ukraine in such ratings according to indicators of innovative development in 2017, 2018 and problems that cause their low level are defined. The improvement directions of the innovative development level of the country are defined and the real steps taken by the government of the country to correct the negative trends through the introduction of digital transformation of the country's economy, the transition from raw material to high-tech production and the basis of innovative IT technologies and communications are shown.
It has been established that the main goal of the innovative development of the ecosystem of Ukraine in the post-war period is to create conditions taking into account the specifics of the business processes of the release and introduction of high-tech competitive innovative products to the market by business entities for the benefit of the implementation of strategic state priorities and the prospect of implementation/implementation at the world level. The forecasting of indices of global innovative development of the innovative index of the competitiveness of the ecosystem of Ukraine indicates a high probability of increasing efficiency, which will contribute to the forcing of new creative ideas that will contribute to the restoration of infrastructure while ensuring a transparent structure of regulation, stimulation, and determination of a possible trajectory in accordance with the goals of implementing the strategy for the recovery of the economy. The proposed model of innovative development and implementation of the goal and system of goals of the ecosystem through the management of high-tech activities on the territory of Ukraine is based on the commercialization of scientific knowledge and the results of scientific research; financing mechanisms, and infrastructure development.
The purpose of the article is to justify the need to develop the production of engineering products as an element of social growth in the global world and to improve the legal environment as a basis for this development. The research methodology is based on empirical, analytical methods, legal means of prevention, regulation and resolution of business development problems. Competitive struggle stimulates the development of enterprises, the problem creates new opportunities for business and market development stimulates social growth. The defined development chain is an element of globalization. It confirms the expediency of improving the legal field of activity of Ukrainian enterprises developing machine-building products in the direction of promoting the progress of their enterprises, import substitution and popularization of Ukrainian products. In the conclusions, it is recommended to use differentiation as a promising method of bringing Ukrainian enterprises to new markets, reaching foreign consumers and establishing them as a priority supplier of high-quality machine-building products.

The study looks at the cause-and-effect relationship between the level of Internet access and distribution, the country's development rate and the foundations for e-commerce development and economic growth, considering ebusiness as a general concept that covers forms of business transactions conducted remotely using information - telecommunication systems, which causes the participants of such relations to have rights and obligations of property character which are carried out by e-way with the help of global computer the Internet or any other information network, covering not only the sales and sales operations related to online sales and order processing, but also the support of the processes of creating demand for products and services, meeting the changing needs more comfortably for consumers as well as for manufacturers, as well as automation of administrative functions, improvement of information exchange between partners and all counterparties, stakeholders, in order to automate business processes to optimize costs and increase economic in the context of globalization and integration. The research methodology is based on theoretical developments and scientific tools, including methods of dynamic series construction, comparative and economic analysis, allows to systematize and determine trends of ecommerce development for further economic development. The source of the survey data is the UNCTAD ecommerce development index level and its components in Ukraine, published by UNCTAD, taking into account the period 2015-2018, as well as e-commerce development data in the world. The ways of solving problems of taking into account modern trends of development of e-commerce are generalized. It is proved that the demand and supply for goods and services is established directly on the Internet, changing the traditional mechanism of sale of goods, the choice of which is made directly on the Internet, where transactions and payments are made. It has been proven that the development of technologies and information networks not only revolutionized communication, but also significantly influenced a number of economic processes related to business development. Trends of continuous growth of sales on the Internet and a share of mobile shopping are revealed, the basic innovative trends of development of e-commerce are established
