The key elements that contribute to the digital transformation of the enterprise in the context of the cross-industrial paradigm are outlined. On the basis of the proposed elements (development factor, rate of development, quality change density, multiplication factor), and by means of mathematical modelling, the effect of capturing the digital transformation of the enterprise in the bifurcation points is calculated. The totality of the presented developments allows us to predict the development and minimization of risks associated with digital transformation in the enterprise with all the ensuing consequences (stability, dynamics, transformation and forecast of its development vectors) and conclude that with the improvement of the quality of digital transformation, the efficiency of functioning of any production increases, i.e. an increase in quality by digital transformation by n times accompanies an increase in production efficiency by at least n times.This allows to minimize risks and predict enterprise activity taking into account the vector of its developmentdigital transformation. Under conditions of uncertainty, the use of the model will ensure the quality of the digital transformation of the enterprise from any level of development of companies.
This article describes the impact of digital literacy on the professional environment, which allows people to create and share digital content. It also describes how digital literacy can be used communicate and solve problems for effective and creative selfrealization in education, work and social. There are 3 models of digital skills that are largely mutually complementary: DigCompEdu 2018, EU DigComp and Target Competency Model 2025. These models describes changes in the working conditions and requirements for the employee in the context of digitalization. New technologies in teaching digital skills that are continuous, social, personalized and focused on the needs and interests of the students are proposed. The combination of various educational technologies, training formats and technical innovations into a single educational system has also been justified. Nowadays, there is a constant need to build an appropriate system for assessing the company`s value for shareholders, which implies that the company chooses an adequate model based on drivers, which allow making decisions at all management levels associated with investment activity, ensuring an increase in value for owners. The purpose of the article is to improve the methodology for assessing the influence of drivers as a critical element of value-oriented management on the investment activity of companies. The analysis technique consists of two parts. In the first part, regression models of factors influence and cost drivers on the value multipliers and shareholder profits were built. Based on the interpretation of the coefficients obtained, it should be noted that the cost-effectiveness of assets has the most powerful impact on the market value of the company and shareholder`s profitability. Thus, the presence of sustainable competitive advantages, resulting simultaneously in higher company value and profitability, the variable profitability in its turn does not fully reflect the potential for generating cash flows in the future. In the second part of the analysis, the authors built the probit models of the factors influence and cost drivers on the probability that the value multipliers of the market average values and the total profitability of shareholders are above the market average. Based on the relative strength model of the influence factors and drivers of value on value-based management, the recommendations were formulated.
The article is devoted to the improvement of the water resources management system at the territorial level. The article covers problems in different countries of the world, which are described in the water supply with an increase in the population of a harsh climate. Today, the existing trend shows that about two-thirds of forests and wetlands have been lost or degraded since the early 20th century, the soil was destroyed and deteriorated in quality. These trends predict floods and droughts, which in turn affects our ability to adapt to climate change. The analysis of the literature on the peculiarities of determining the main elements of influence on the use of water resources in the world is carried out. The article used a dialectical method, which is due to the need for analysis and generalization of certain aspects of scientific knowledge that analyze the availability of water resources in different parts of the world. Structural-functional analysis of the principle of systematic study of phenomena and processes is applied. With the help of the system-analytical method, the maintenance of the territories (areas) of Ukraine by local water resources is calculated, on average, per year, this m3 per person, based on the resource of surface water, as well as the exploration and catchment of groundwater. The decomposition of criteria for assessing the effectiveness of water resources management at the territorial level based on the integral territorial index is developed. According to the numerical value of the integrated territorial efficiency index, it is proposed to combine regions into homogeneous groups depending on the proximity or distance from the average value of this index.
The study analyzed and summarized publications on the nature of the formation of financial and credit infrastructure, which is created in order to support agricultural enterprises. The functioning and development of financial and credit infrastructure as a factor of social and economic development of the country is explored. The features of diversification of financing sources of agricultural enterprises are determined. The role of bank lending to agricultural enterprises in Ukraine is investigated. The model of interaction of participants of the financial and credit infrastructure of support for agricultural enterprises through the formation of the certain conditions is proposed. It is proved that such measures will provide increase in the efficient use of available agro-resource potential and reopen the industry attractiveness for investing companies.
