ResumoA logística reversa trata da recuperação e do gerenciamento de bens, podendo acrescentar valores para a imagem da empresa e o meio ambiente. Analisar o processo desta logística nas atividades dos restaurantes da Grande Florianópolis foi o objetivo deste trabalho. Os dados foram coletados de forma quantitativa através de um questionário aplicado a uma amostra não-probabilística de 24 estabelecimentos selecionados por conveniência, localizados em três rotas gastronômicas: Coqueiros, Sambaqui e Ribeirão da Ilha. Observou-se que os restaurantes têm práticas positivas e negativas para o meio ambiente sob o aspecto da logística reversa, sendo que os positivos tangem à reciclagem do óleo de cozinha, dos resíduos sólidos e a capacitação de colaborares. Já os negativos têm relação com a reutilização e reciclagem das embalagens, a falta de compostagem e o pequeno número de hortas nos restaurantes. Concluiu-se que a preocupação ambiental dos gestores é somente com o que já é exigido pela legislação e não uma filosofia da empresa. Observa-se a falta de incentivos e fiscalização governamental sobre os aspectos ambientais, assim como pesquisas acadêmicas em segmentos diferenciados. RESUMO: O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar as percepções dos cinco sentidos em pacientes com disfagia, através da sua alimentação. Durante o processo de envelhecimento o ser humano, pode sofrer com a aceitação da alimentação pela influência de aspectos relacionados aos sintomas das doenças, das modificações de consistência da dieta, das restrições de ingredientes. Com base nessas informações, deve-se compreender que alimentos precisam ser atraentes por componentes, como o sabor e a aparência, pois o ato de estar ao redor da mesa é um ato social e necessário seja qual for a idade. Esse trabalho é fruto de uma pesquisa que utilizou técnicas de observação com abordagem qualitativa, entre outros procedimentos metodológicos: o método indutivo, a pesquisa exploratória, a pesquisa descritiva e bibliográfica. Tendo como base os relatos de colaboradores de uma Instituições de Longa Permanência para Idosos (ILPIs) localizada na grande Florianópolis SC.Palavras-chave: Disfagia. Cognição. During the aging process, the human being can find it difficult to accept some kinds of foods; considering the aspects related to the symptoms of conditions, such as disphagia, diet changes and ingredients restrictions. Based on this information, it should be understood that food has to be appealing for their characteristics, such as taste and appearance. This work is the result of a research that was made by observation techniques with a qualitative approach, and other methodological procedures: the inductive method, exploratory research, descriptive and bibliographic research. Among congenital heart defects of the cardiovascular system, patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) comprises about 10% in the general population. Prematurity significantly raises the likelihood of PDA: in preemies of very low birth weight this defect appears with a frequency up to 65%, and in extremely low birth weight preemies up to 80%. Over a span of many years of research many different methods for treating PDA have been discovered, modified, and improved. Invasive treatment (thoracotomy, thoracoscopy, and percutaneous closure) as well as therapeutic strategies (symptomatic treatment, pharmacological treatment) allow for complete closure of PDA in every patient. The limitations of particular methods in regard to age and body mass of the child, their clini cal state, as well as the morphology of the PDA itself, require careful analysis when choosing the appropriate treatment method based on the effectiveness and permanency of closing the duct as well as minimal invasive ness. Among preemies and newborns it is possible to close the PDA using symptomatic and pharmacological treatment as well as through thoracotomy and thoracoscopy, while in older children and adults the method of choice is the percutaneous closure of PDA. Matching the correct treatment strategy with the clinical situation is key to the successful closure of the duct. Presented in the text below is an overview of available methods and their usefulness in treating PDA.
