Situasi pandemi COVID-19 yang mulai menyebar sejak awal tahun 2020 di Indonesia menimbulkan berbagai dampak yang berpengaruh kepada perekonomian masyarakat yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya jumlah pengangguran dan kasus PHK. Di sisi lain, masyarakat dituntut untuk mencari mata pencaharian baru agar mampu memenuhi kebutuhan hidup di masa pandemi. Melalui latar belakang ini, penulis menginisiatif kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk Kuliah Kerja Nyata Program Pengabdian Mahasiswa (KKN-PPM) yang melibatkan mahasiswa untuk berbagi ilmu dengan masyarakat dalam tema kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship). Tujuan dari artikel penelitian ini adalah memberikan berbagai inisiatif yang dapat dilakukan masyarakat dalam menghadapi tantangan di masa pandemi, terutama dari perspektif kewirausahaan. Di sisi lain, dalam artikel ini dibahas pula berbagai intervensi yang dapat dilakukan dari akademisi, pemerintah, dan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) terkait peningkatan kesadaran mengenai jiwa kewirausahaan masyarakat dengan meninjau aspek-aspek psychological capital untuk menggambarkan kesiapan masyarakat sebagai individu dalam menguasai kompetensi sebagai wirausaha. Penelitian dilakukan pada 216 orang dan terdapat hasil bahwa optimism perlu ditingkatkan pada mahasiswa dalam membangun mental entrepreneur di masa yang akan datang.
In the last five years, consumer behaviour has transformed from offline buying to online buying. There are various factors which affect why such a phenomenon happened. For example, there is the influence of external factors such as technological development, social change, pandemic situation, and modern lifestyle. On the other hand, internal factors such psychological aspects can also affect the change in the shift towards online buying style. This study provides a systematic review of consumer behaviour in online retailing, based on literature review of online consumer behaviour in the field of marketing and business, published in international peer-reviewed journals between periods of 2015 to 2020. This study highlighted the importance of psychological factors such as perception and attitude, motivation, emotion, trust as the factors which influence the transformation towards online buying. Further discussion was also done in regards to the psychological factors based on the psychological and consumer behaviour theoretical framework. The purpose of this article is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the psychological factors that can influence consumers in making online purchases of goods. Based on the findings from this study, insights for future research is presented for academics, as well as important points for practitioners and professionals in terms of understanding psychological factors that can influence the purchase decisions made by consumers.
Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya resiliensi dan strategi coping pada karyawan saat pandemi COVID-19. Meta data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan penelusuran dan kajian literatur dari penelitian terdahulu yang membahas issue yang relevan dengan strategi coping dan resiliensi pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Beberapa studi menyebutkan bahwa stres kerja memiliki korelasi negatif dan signifikan dengan resiliensi dan strategi coping. Hal ini diperparah dengan kondisi pandemi yang memicu karyawan untuk beradaptasi dengan kondisi lingkungan yang baru dan mendadak. Pentingnya untuk melakukan upaya resiliensi dari internal individu karyawan dan melakukan intervensi yang berasal dari pihak eksternal. Intervensi organisasional berupa tindakan preventif dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk menumbuhkan coping adaptif serta resiliensi melalui layanan konseling, strategi hubungan sosial dan pelatihan yang ditargetkan dengan tujuan menciptakan siklus positif.
